In 1985, Pinkelman became the Personnel Director of the Lutheran Community Hospital.
Brian Blecher received his Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Midland Lutheran College in 1994.
Blecher worked as a Nurse Tech and Registered Nurse at Immanual Medical Center before coming to Faith Regional in 1996.
What started as two small, faith-based hospitals in Norfolk merged in 1996 to become Faith Regional Health Services.

He came to Faith Regional from Brookings Health Systems where he was the Director of Information Management since 2008.
Janet Pinkelman has served as Vice President of Human Resources and Mission Services since 2010.
In 2011, he graduated from CIO Boot Camp at the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives.
Brian Sterud has served as Chief Information Officer at Faith Regional Health Services since 2012.
In 2013, she accepted the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
