Great company who cares about it's employees inside and outside of work! the executive team is visionary - always looking to the future - while simultaneously keeping the people who make the organization run, in mind!

Cons of working at Faith Technologies, Inc.

It's still a bit of a man's world. By that I mean, the entire executive team is male, and as a woman find it hard to move up since male coworkers are typically seen first for promotion. Leadership is aware of these issues and they are working to solve them.
