Troy Rudd is Chief Financial Officer, for AECOM (NYSE: ACM), a premier, fully integrated infrastructure firm that designs, builds, finances and operates assets for governments, businesses and organizations in more than 150 countries. In this position, Mr. Rudd oversees the company’s global financial operations — including financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, insurance, shared services, internal audit, tax, and treasury. He is also a member of AECOM’s Executive Leadership Team at the enterprise level. Mr. Rudd has held a series of financial leadership roles since joining AECOM in 2009, including responsibility for AECOM’s treasury, corporate controllership and financial reporting, risk and controls, tax and shared services functions, Rudd has been instrumental in advancing AECOM’s growth initiatives. He drove efforts to raise capital to fund the AECOM/URS transaction, and was a key member of the team that led the largest integration component involving the DCS Americas group. Prior to joining AECOM, Mr. Rudd was a partner for 10 years with KPMG, where he held leadership roles and served many of the firm’s most-valued clients, including Time Warner, Computer Sciences and Northrop Grumman.

Prior to Centum, I was instrumental in transforming Corbus LLC into a leading supply chain & digital transformation enterprise as their President & CEO working with fortune 500 clients. Prior to Corbus spent 17 years at GE and Genpact (a spin off from GE in 2005), played various role leading Supply Chain and Analytics business, Supply Chain Process & Digital Transformation leader and last served as Global Head of Sales for their Manufacturing & Services business leading the growth globally across all products, service lines and geographies. I spent last 20+ years leading Supply Chain & Procurement Transformation for Fortune 100 enterprises leading key initiatives for them on process automation and digital transformation. I was instrumental in building Genpact’s Supply Chain & Procurement Analytics and consulting business into a $700M P&L across Aerospace, Manufacturing, CPG, Healthcare and Retail. I have also helped clients realize significant improvement in business metrics with over $1.5BN+ in cost saving, $700M+ in Cash flow improvement and 20%+ improvement in “On time delivery” all clients combined. As a Lean Six Sigma Practitioner and Supply Chain Domain expert, I drive transformation combining Domain knowledge, Data Analytics and Digital Solutions. I have an entrepreneurial outlook, I am an Investor and advisor to ConnectE Technology LLC, an eCommerce start-up firm focused on Engineering talent.
