We are looking for a new Welder that can weld on a wide variety of metals and alloys, navigate blueprints and directions successfully, and who is ready to take their welding skills to the next level. Hours: Monday through Thursday - 3:00PM to 1:00AM ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Successfully reading and understanding American and European blueprints, geometrical call outs, and weld symbols to meet or exceed client expectations. Using GMAW-P, GMAW-S, and GTAW to effectively weld weldments, tanks, and metal parts together per the weld process specification sheet. Responsible for robotic automation within assigned area. Visually examines welds for adherence to specifications. Provide touchups and trouble shooting. Performing welding on a wide variety of metals and alloys, including carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Hand layouts of weldments with little to no supervision or assistance. Using fixtures, gauges, and jigs to manufacture welded parts to customer specifications. Assist with creating work instructions. Completing the first piece, in process, and final inspections using calipers, height gauges, protractors, and tape measures. May assist with pressure testing fuel tanks and hydro testing glycol tanks. Minimal traveling between plants and adapting to the product mix requirements at each facility.
