I love the company culture as well as the many opportunities given to employees to learn more about the health insurance industry. Learning is paramount at the company.

Fallon Health benefits

We are allowed to volunteer in the community for up to 8 hours per quarter, I've worked with Boys and Girls Club, Girls, Inc. and also initiatives for two homeless shelters in the city.
