Primary Responsibilities:
Segregate and package material for transport.
Assist in maintaining inventory and storage of hazardous materials in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, practices and procedures.
Operate fork trucks and other mobile equipment to move containers to and from storage and treatment areas and to load/unload trailers.

A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24" - 30" and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push.

Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls,
perform maintenance.
During delivery of product, navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required.
Stooping/Bending
Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.
Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station.
Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day.
Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.
Crouching/Squatting
Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.
Hand Tasks
Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day.
Frequently activities require use of one or both hands. Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.

Restore paint integrity using airbrush, self-pressurized spray kit or brush and roller.
Order parts and materials to be used in corrosion control evolution.
Maintain cleanliness of the work center and assigned work area. Responsible for adhering to all applicable Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention rules and regulations
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Work Center Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications;
Must have a working knowledge of corrosion theory, conditions leading to corrosion and the procedures utilized to remove and treat corrosion.
Possess ability to communicate courteously with military and employees.
Demonstrate the ability to read, understand and follow written or oral instructions. Be knowledgeable of and follow Department of Defense (DoD), Navy and OSHA safety standards. Possess knowledge of materials and safety instructions.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Retail Sales Representatives will be professional, successful, and career-minded. The Retail Sales Representative will have the ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually. They will also show a high level of enthusiasm and integrity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain professional business activity with customers throughout the purchase process
Achieve sales goals including home sales and profitability
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Identify customer's needs and provide realistic assistance in selection of home
Obtain credit information and work with manager to secure financing for customer
Obtain customer's down payment prior to ordering the home
Close contract with the customers
Complete and manage orders with customers
Utilize follow up systems to track activity and results
Follow-up on sales leads from various sources including advertising, telephone and website
Identify local marketing opportunities for new business
Proactive follow up with prospective customers
Availability: Must be able to work evenings, weekends and some holidays
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
At least 2 years experience in sales or business
High School Diploma required; Bachelors Degree preferred
Management background is a plus
Bilingual skills is a PLUS
