Job Summary
The Administrative Support Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative coordination and support to FYI+'s senior leadership team, which consists of the Senior Director of Strategy, Senior Director of Quality & Operations, Senior Director of Programs and Services, and Grants and Contracts Associate. This role combines traditional executive support functions with specialized responsibilities including contract deliverables coordination, training administration, and cross-departmental project support. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting FYI+'s mission-driven work in behavioral health and community services across all organizational functions.
What You'll Do:
Executive & Leadership Support
Manage complex calendars and meetings for three Senior Directors, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
Coordinate logistics, materials, and technology for cross-functional leadership meetings.
Document and track meeting minutes and follow-ups across departments.
Support internal communications and travel arrangements for senior leadership.
Financial & Administrative Operations
Process requisitions, reimbursements, and COS forms; manage travel and expense tracking.
Coordinate billing documentation and support budget tracking across departments.
Assist with vendor and contractor administration for leadership initiatives.
Contract & Project Support
Track and submit contract deliverables; support grant-funded and quality improvement projects.
Maintain organized documentation systems and ensure compliance reporting.
Manage databases for contracts, projects, and quality metrics.
Training & Educational Program Administration
Administer Google Classroom courses and assessments for training initiatives.
Coordinate training logistics, materials, and participant tracking.

What You Need:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience in administrative support, business administration, or related field
3+ years experience in executive administrative support or similar coordination role, preferably supporting multiple executives
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with Google Classroom or similar learning management systems preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

Job Summary
This position requires traveling within Dona Ana County to conduct in-home care needs assessments and care planning sessions with participants (s) of all ages. The role is responsible for providing care coordination to participants with moderate to high needs. Key responsibilities include conducting in-person, community-based participant and family meetings as well as phone followups. Care coordinators review and conduct HRAs (Health Risk Assessments), create CNAs (Comprehensive Needs Assessments), and develop CCPs (Coordinated Care Plans) with participants. The position works collaboratively with other service teams to meet participants' needs and may involve assisting with connecting participants to appropriate services, advocating on their behalf, providing ongoing support, and monitoring the effectiveness of services. What You'll Do:
Provides Care Coordination and support for participants receiving mental health and substance abuse services. Works in collaboration with participants, family members and other providers to implement plans.
Provides assertive outreach, advocacy, support and follow-up to assigned participants. Documents all outreach attempts and ensures all services/ outreaches indicated in the coordinated care plan are provided in accordance with identified frequency.

This position embodies FYI+'s commitment to mezzo and macro-level systems change work, managing a team of ICS staff and interns while overseeing multiple community impact initiatives that align with our organizational values, principles, priorities, and philosophies.
What You'll Do:
Lead, mentor, and develop ICS staff and interns
Manage contracts, budgets, and program timelines
Oversee grant reporting, renewals, and compliance
Drive strategic planning and identify funding opportunities
Cultivate community partnerships and represent FYI+ in key spaces
Strong leadership and team development experience
Proven success managing programs and multiple initiatives
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Familiarity with nonprofit, grant-funded, and community-based work
What You Need:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's in Social Work, Public Health, Community Development, or related field preferred
4+ years in community-based or social service roles, 2+ years in a supervisory capacity
Experience managing grants/contracts and working in trauma-informed, multicultural settings
Background in policy advocacy, systems change, and rural/border community issues
Skills & Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office, project and database management tools
Strong reporting and data analysis skills
Familiarity with grant systems, virtual platforms, and EHR (preferred)
Experience in behavioral health, LGBTQ+ support, and federal grant programs
Bilingual/bicultural experience and training or facilitation skills valued
Confident communicator with experience in media, public speaking, and stakeholder engagement
