Pros of working at Families USA

Great benefits and coworkers

Cons of working at Families USA

This is the most toxic work environment I have ever worked in. Initially everything seemed fine, but I soon learned the true nature of the people in charge of "leading" employees. The three, do not care about employee input, happiness, or well-being. They do not listen to survey results because they are often filled with criticisms of how they run the company. Their lack of self reflection directly fuels the insane employee turnover rate. Do not expect to work with your current team for more than 6 months. When people leave, they often spin narratives to make it seem as though the employee was in the wrong rather than admit employees are poorly treated. During my time with the company, the amount of micro aggressions I experienced were more than I had in my entire life. If you are a woman of color, do not work here. One of the three claims to value DEI initiatives, but does not put any thought to building an inclusive and safe environment. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
