During the OnDemand interview, a question will appear on your screen, and you will have time to consider each question before responding. Acute Care Nurse Practitioner ONLY: Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current AZ RN and APRN license and certification as a ACNP. Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the AZ State Board of Medical Practice. Additional Qualifications: Active BLS and ACLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date and DEA registration required. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated leadership ability. Flexibility to adjust schedule to meet patient and staff needs. Ability to manage time and stress effectively and adapt to unpredictable situations within the patient care setting. Strong computer skills in an Electronic Medical Record preferred.
