Montclair, NJ (Essex County), family is looking to hire a loving Nanny/Housekeeper who is comfortable with a busy household of 3 boys and 2 dogs. Their oldest son is neurodivergent and they are primarily looking for someone with a background in this area. He has significant anxiety and ADHD and impulse control issues. They need someone who understands him, is able to connect with him, and also help him regulate and set appropriate boundaries. MUST also be aware and comfortable knowing that one of their dogs (Aussie Doodle) can have some challenging behavior around dynamics other than the family. They are working with a dog trainer. A typical day: The Nanny would start @ 6:30 am to help get the kids up and prepare lunches and breakfasts.
