About this role
Women's Justice Team is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) program providing integrated care to women with past, current or at risk for criminal justice system involvement. Therapists on this team provide a full range of therapy services under clinical supervision and utilizing selected Evidence-Based Modalities and manage a caseload to ensure proper clinical records. Therapist works with a small multidisciplinary team, in conjunction with the Female Justice Programs Division to network with referral sources, work to engage clients in services, provide court reports by deadlines and support clients to disentangle from the criminal justice system.

Therapist requirements
* A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology or its equivalent from an accredited school.
* Knowledge and experience in individual, group and family therapy.
* To have or be under supervision as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor or have drug/alcohol treatment experience is preferred.
* Knowledge and experience in conducting mental health assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning.
* Must demonstrate a clinical family systems orientation, competency about motivational interviewing, stages/process of change, the elements of the stages/phases of recovery, and ability to work with diverse populations with multiplicity of problems.
* Experience working with court systems and gender-specific treatment a plus.
* Must possess a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office. [Mileage reimbursement provided*]
* Must be licensed or under supervision for license with LPC, MSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LADC-MH.

Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking independently licensed 1099 therapists to provide virtual therapy to college students. This is a fully remote position within the US. We are eager to welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who share our commitment to making mental health care accessible and affordable for students across the United States.

Work Weeks And Hours:
At least 8 hrs per week of availability (on average) during the academic year

$76 per intake session completed (60-minute)
$57 per follow up session completed (45-minute)

$60 per hour for attending monthly therapy training and all hands meetings
As a Mantra Licensed Therapist, You Will:
Deliver high-quality, meaningful virtual therapy using evidence-based interventions such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Action and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), etc.
Utilize our advanced collaboration portal to connect with students, providing them with the support they need.
Work closely with campus treatment providers, supervisors, and peers to ensure cohesive care.
Maintain timely and precise records of all clinical interactions to ensure continuity of care.
Partner with our administrative support team to enhance overall student care, from initial outreach to resource provision.
Collaborate with leadership during critical patient scenarios to ensure the best outcomes.
Become an expert in our unique care model, enabling you to effectively support college students and continually refine your therapeutic skills.
Who You Are:
Hold active independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) in OK. Multi-state licensure is an added advantage as we operate in all 50 states.

COPES Team Therapist/Counselor provide a range of accessible crisis services which divert individuals experiencing behavioral health crises from inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, jail and emergency rooms.
Join our team as a Community Outreach Psychiatric Emergency Services (COPES) therapist where you will perform telephone and mobile crisis triage, assessment and stabilization working in a supportive environment. Our Clinicians provide telephone crisis triage for a significant portion of their shift. During their shift when the situation warrants a field based visit the COPES Clinician will travel to the location of the crisis situation with a team and police presence to deescalate and stabilize the individual in need. Our COPES Therapists receive extensive specialized training before stepping out into the field and continual training is provided for this role to ensure comfort and safety of our COPES Team members. Population served: Adult clients, age 18 and older, that are diagnosed with a severe mental illness, substance use disorder, or co-occurring disorder, who are also experiencing homelessness.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Outreach and engage individuals experiencing sheltered or unsheltered homelessness
Field based services with transportation of clients using agency or personal vehicles, as appropriate
Work with clients with active mental health symptoms and within their treatment preferences
Meet clients where they are in the community, including homeless shelters, private homes, or outdoors, promoting confidentiality in all settings
Demonstrate comfort and flexibility while working with clients in difficult life circumstances, which may include individuals living in substandard conditions
Assess and diagnose clients presenting for services to determine eligibility to CCBHC Homeless Outreach Team
Refer client to most appropriate outpatient program according to assessment and diagnostic results, within or outside CCBHC
Obtain consent for treatment from all responsible persons
Establish appropriate and productive therapeutic alliances with the client(s) and caretakers, as applicable
Complete safety assessments to include risk of violence towards self and others. Complete safety plans and/or psychiatric advanced directives with clients
Therapeutic services include assessments, comprehensive case plans and reviews, individual and group therapy, as appropriate
Work collaboratively with community partners
Embed outreach and other services in alternate locations and with community providers to reduce barriers to access
Provide services in-person or via telehealth platforms
Gather and complete all CCBHC data metrics for homeless population served

Therapist/Counselor is part of a multidisciplinary team. Under clinical supervision and within agency policy and clinical standards, the Therapist/Counselor in this position will provide services to produce optimal outcomes for CCBHC SMI and COD clients discharging from inpatient to outpatient services. Services are provided primarily in a community-based setting and may be embedded at CrisisCare Center or other inpatient facilities completing intakes with newly enrolled clients to facilitate successful hospital discharge to transition to outpatient care with the team.
Therapist/Counselor is responsible for: assessments and diagnosing, intakes, treatment planning and reviews, safety planning, individual, group, & family therapy, crisis intervention, care management, medical care coordination, coordinating internal and external support services, education on appropriate crisis hotlines and community resources, outreach, and data collection.
Therapist/Counselor will maintain accurate and timely documentation, meet department direct services productivity standards, and manage caseload. Therapist will provide therapy and counseling using evidenced based practice interventions and will ensure therapy access to all clients quickly and as clinically indicated.
