The Mental Health Crisis Intervention Specialist is responsible for crisis intervention, direct service and plays a crucial role in providing rapid response and support to individuals facing various crises, such as emotional distress, mental health crises, trauma, or situational emergencies. They are responsible for evaluating the situation, ensuring the safety of the individual, and offering immediate assistance and resources to help them regain emotional stability and well-being. The Mental Health Crisis Intervention Specialist is also responsible for clinical guidance for direct service staff, support staff training needs and maintain close working relationships the Clinical Director and Program Director.
Crisis Intervention and Direct Service Responsibilities
Counsel clients as needed when presenting with acute crisis and in danger of harm to
self or others.
Assist with Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) statements and CCOP
consults as needed.
Provide support to staff serving clients that are undergoing acute crises and help
clients experiencing other distressing issues.
Apply effective crisis intervention skills, suicide prevention and intervention
strategies, and problem-solving techniques when responding to individuals in crisis or
supporting direct service staff working with these clients.
Work collaboratively with F&CS staff to engage clients in appropriate services
Provide clinical leadership when needed in crisis situations. This could include case
consultation or working directly with a client.
Consult with other health professionals to ask for assistance for any recovery and
intervention options as needed.
Recommend any treatment adjustments and interventions through client interview
and the case review process.
Consult with F&CS Crisis Intervention team and agency Suicidologist for complex &
difficult client situations.
Clinical Guidance
Assist staff by supervising complex cases and providing treatment recommendations,
adjustments or interventions needed for clients. This could be completed in case
consultation, client interview or case review process.
Provide clinical guidance, training, and expertise for staff who are lacking crisis
intervention experience.
Facilitate team meetings as a backup to Clinical Supervisor, including huddles and
high risk staffing.
Provide feedback on ways to improve the delivery and types of clinical services offered
to clients
Provide supportive environment for employees by modeling and teaching work
management, change management, communication skills, self-care and address
personal barriers and strengths
Advise on treatment for clients who may need more intensive or more specialized
mental health care, supportive treatment options until clients can be engaged in
outpatient care as appropriate.
Attend Incident Review Committee to provide case presentation, discuss
recommendations, and ensure recommendations are implemented throughout the

EDUCATION:
Master's Degree in social sciences is required
EXPERIENCE:
Trained in mental health crisis intervention.
Training in suicide prevention and intervention is preferred.

Family & Children's Services Therapists work to heal hurting and abused children, strengthen families, and provide hope and a path to recovery for those battling mental illness and addiction.
Children's mental health therapist will work with children between the ages 4-18 at a school site providing services at schools. The School-based therapist will provide evidence-based treatment to children and their families who may have significant behavioral and emotional issues and may be living in high stress environments. Therapist will collaborate monthly with teachers and conduct intakes, develop treatment plans and plan updates, individual family, and group therapy. Therapist may also be assigned to provide services to children and/or adult in the office-based program for family strengthening on occasion.
What you'll need for this role:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology or its equivalent from an accredited school.
Knowledge and experience in individual, group and family therapy.
Knowledge and experience in conducting mental health assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning.
Must demonstrate a clinical family systems orientation and ability to work with diverse populations with multiplicity of problems.
Must be licensed or under supervision for licensure as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Oklahoma.

Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics (CPP) is an integrated part of the Global Development organization within Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. Members of CPP work in cross-disciplinary compound development teams and apply Clinical Pharmacology principles and pharmacometrics methodologies across the R&D portfolio to enable optimal decision-making in drug development.
The CPP Summer Internship Program provides a unique opportunity for students passionate about drug development to collaborate with clinical pharmacologists and pharmacometricians and gain hands-on experience in CPP principles, including pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), translational modeling, and model-informed drug development (MIDD) within a dynamic pharmaceutical R&D environment.

Qualifications
* Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited college or university (not necessarily taking classes) pursuing a MS, PharmD, PhD, MD or similar degree in a life sciences-related discipline such as Pharmacology, Pharmacometrics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Molecular or Computational biology, Biophysics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Medicine.

Job Overview
The Therapist provides individual and group counseling with a focus on recovery and mental wellness. This role collaborates with Acenda team members to implement evidence-based mental health services and supports students in conflict resolution and mediation. The Therapist also serves as a key partner in shaping and enhancing the delivery of recovery-focused programs and services to promote positive outcomes for clients.
Program Info
Our Counseling and Wellness Centers offer weekly mental health counseling to children, teens, families, and adults as well as parenting and psychiatric services. Individual therapy is offered as well as family therapy, group therapy, and medication management. Acenda is now accepting new clients for counseling services both in-person and via telehealth-a remote phone or online therapy & counseling solution. Medicaid, Aetna, AmeriHealth, and other insurances accepted.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and group recovery focused counseling
Collaborate with Acenda team members to implement evidence based mental health services Support students in conflict resolution and/or conflict mediation as needed
Serve as a key partner to providing important input into our delivery of recovery services.
Requirements:
A New Jersey CADC or LCADC in good standing.
A New Jersey LPC, LAC, LCSW, LSW in good standing.
Prior experience providing clinical care within a recovery-oriented program preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel, and the use of Electronic Medical Records.
Ability to take initiative, be creative, dependable, reliable and work well independently.
Ability to analyze work, set goals, develop plans and utilize time effectively and efficiently.
Professionalism and a commitment to excellence in care.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record.
Additional Information
Base Pay: Starting annual rate of $65,000
Bilingual Rate: An additional $1.50/hourly rate added to the base pay if Spanish proficient.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs various support duties in relation to housing demands. These duties include but are not limited to assisting members with move in/move out, submitting various informational notices to residents, assisting with house safety and maintenance checks, greeting and overseeing work of contractors or vendors performing specialized maintenance services, and monitoring for lease agreement adherence
Assists residents, as needed and as appropriate, with any questions, housing requests and/or problems
Empowers residents and monitors possible danger signals regarding suicide/homicide and safety
Initiates first aid in emergency situations in accordance with agency policy
Consults with supervisor or on-call staff in the event of an emergency
Maintains confidentiality and informs clients of rights and obtains necessary authorization for obtaining and releasing information
Maintains core competencies in relation to working with co-occurring disorders through continuing education and implementing skills into all aspects of treatment
Attends all scheduled Housing meetings, staff meetings, workshops, and seminars to learn community housing philosophy/standards, and agency policies & procedures; participates in on-going in-service training
Supports and assists with the facilitation of Care Plans for consumers within the Red Rock Health Team
Performs other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent
General skill in exercising independent judgment, tact, patience, and understanding; maintaining effective working relationships with members, other staff, and the community
Availability to work flexible hours and be on call as needed
Valid Oklahoma Driver's License, acceptable driving record, proof of auto insurance coverage
Experience working with adults with mental illness in a community setting and/or community mental health agency preferred

Job Overview
The therapist is flexible, willing and able to provide ongoing counseling services to adolescents, and families and complete intake appointments in an open access system model. The therapist must possess the skills necessary to work within a team and have awareness and previous implementation of evidence-based protocols. The position has a level of service in regard to face-to-face hours with clients. The therapist role is an integral part of the Counseling Center Team in helping to ensure the highest quality of service to our clients.

Program Info
The Adolescent Substance Use Recovery Initiative program is designed to provide treatment and support to adolescents with substance use disorders, focusing on early intervention, skill-building, and long-term recovery. Programs include screening, personalized counseling, family and group sessions, and relapse prevention planning. The goal is to address substance use and associated issues like academic problems or mental health concerns through a comprehensive, family-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group and family therapy, conduct assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning.
Document treatment in agency's Electronic Health Record & in CYBER.
Provides emotional support, appropriate intervention strategies and adjust services accordingly.
Assessing clients using the BH Initial Intake and other standardized clinical interview tools, and provides a provisional diagnosis for clients with behavioral health disorders, using the DSM-5.
Develop and implement treatment plans/programs and assist with crisis intervention.
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
Provides culturally competent service delivery.
Developing a client discharge/transfer plan to ensure movement to the appropriate levels of care;
Upholds ethical standards in accordance with the Social Work Code of Ethics.
Educates self on issues impacting the program population.
Conducts self in a professional manner that positively reflects the agency culture.
Attentive and responsive to customer needs in a helpful, supportive and timely manner.
Attends agency and program meetings and trainings within established time frames.
Follows program policies and procedures and encourages the same in others.
Works collaboratively with coworkers and agency staff to effectively communicate and problem solve.
Submits documentation within program requirements.
Ensures quality and accuracy of written and verbal communications.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum requirement is a Master's Degree and a professional license (LCSW/LSWL/LPC/LAC/LMFT/LAMFT) in the state of practice with no activeantion.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Must be able to exercise independent thinking and good judgment under all circumstances.

Family & Children's Services Therapists work to heal hurting and abused children, strengthen families, and provide hope and a path to recovery for those battling mental illness and addiction.
Children's mental health therapist will work with children between the ages 4-18 at a school site providing services at schools. The School-based therapist will provide evidence-based treatment to children and their families who may have significant behavioral and emotional issues and may be living in high stress environments. Therapist will collaborate monthly with teachers and conduct intakes, develop treatment plans and plan updates, individual family, and group therapy. Therapist may also be assigned to provide services to children and/or adult in the office-based program for family strengthening on occasion.
What you'll need for this role:
* Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology or its equivalent from an accredited school.
* Knowledge and experience in individual, group and family therapy.
* Knowledge and experience in conducting mental health assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning.
* Must demonstrate a clinical family systems orientation and ability to work with diverse populations with multiplicity of problems.
* Must be licensed or under supervision for licensure as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Oklahoma.
