There is always something to learn, I enjoy stocking and organizing a lot, it's very fast paced and requires quick problem solving skills. Making people happy is a great feeling.

It's very high stress often and is easy to become overwhelmed. There are no consequences when people blatantly don't do their job or leave early. No one from the corporate office ever comes to the stores to help. When we are short staffed corporate continues to add extra tasks that are "mandatory" and ridiculously unrealistic and sometimes literally impossible to complete. They raised the starting wage to $15 an hour but didn't raise any of the Store Managers wages, and any raise that was fought and worked for before the wage increase became a complete waste of time. The motto is "Family Express cares about you!" yet their actions reflect the opposite of that. It was extremely disappointing.

Paid vacation after one year and time and a half holiday pay.
