The Retail Sales Associate is a customer-facing position responsible for delivering an outstanding in-store experience. This role supports daily store operations by providing knowledgeable assistance to customers, maintaining merchandise displays, stocking inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized sales floor. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockroom, and common areas (e.g., sweeping, mopping, trash removal). Operate equipment such as the cardboard baler safely and responsibly. Identify and report any unsafe conditions or hazards to management. Teamwork & Professionalism Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment. Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors. Support other departments as needed and perform additional tasks as assigned.
