Reoccurring vacation, sick time monthly.
Systematic racism, poor management, racial discrimination towards black, Haitian Creole. Lack of empathy and concern of the mental and emotional state and or health of employees. Hippa violations daily. Lack of respect and concern by management. The lists goes on and on.
That I’m no longer apart of a racist, hostile environment. I have been put on anxiety medication and I see a therapist due to the abuse I’ve endured at Family First Health.
The CEO and her leadership team is very bias, they condone racism/systematic racism. This company does not represent nor demonstrate DE&I) policy .
Replacing the CEO as well as her leadership and or anyone that is complicit ( silent ) about bias treatment, racism/ systematic racism has lack of empathy, concern, respect for anyone. Good people with morals, respect and integrity aren’t just good to a specific race or social and or financial status or job title, we are good to everyone regardless because it’s a way a life even when no one is watching.
I prepared and was super excited about having the opportunity to be apart of what I thought was a great organization.
It’s a lie.
It’s great depending on race and title.
That place drained every ounce of joy I had.
