The Parent Mentor Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing and coordinating parent involvement/engagement component of the Community Schools Program and report to the Resource Coordinator. This position will be the link to parents and families in the school and community and will ensure that parents and families participate and receive the support they need to ensure their child's success. The principles of family support will be used as a guide to develop and implement parent program activities.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Work with existing parent leadership to create a plan for parent involvement that includes the following components: Education, Support, and Involvement/Engagement
* Maintains communication with parents regarding program and school activities through various methods including Phone Contact, Letters, Monthly Newsletter, and Parent meetings
* Supports resource coordinator in developing at least three hours of parent program per week
* Recruit parents through flyers, phone calls, in-person solicitation and home visits
* Maintains all parent program records
* Works with the Resource Coordinator, Parents, Teachers and Admin. School Staff to identify parent needs and plan parent activities
* Provides resources and referrals to parents as needed
* Identifies Volunteer opportunities in the school and Afterschool program for parents who are interested
* Builds relationships with students and families in the program
* Oversees the volunteer training program
* Attends Parent Program and School meetings as needed

The Infant/Toddler Teacher is responsible for the care, supervision, and management of a class of Infants and Toddlers following the goals and curriculum plan. * Knowledge of childcare routines as carried out in a manner that is prompt, hygienic, and consistent with good child development principles. This includes routines related to diapering, hand washing, eating, napping, and transitioning between activities.
* Observe, document, and report appropriate aspects of and changes in the child's health, including but not limited to injuries, changes in physical appearance, and/or social behaviors. Fill out appropriate accident and incident reports on the day of occurrence. This is to include Active Supervision incidents.
* Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with peers, direct reports, children's parents, families, and community partners.
* Experience organizing and/or delegating administrative record keeping, including daily attendance, CACFP food forms, daily health, and safety checks, and evaluate the quality of childcare services provided, reporting regularly to the Infant Toddler Specialist.
* Knowledge of Early Head Start program principles, practices, and cornerstones.

Position Summary:
The primary responsibility is to manage and lead the Payable functions of Youth Guidance, including not limited to Accounts Payable, Credit Card Management, Gift Card Management, and vendor relationships. Responsible for the safeguarding, reconciliation, and replenishment of the organizations prepaid assets, including gift cards, parking passes, transit passes.

Administer the companys central procurement account such as Amazon and catering companies for national procurement. Facilitates the Finance Training classes for YG employees.

Acts as a liaison between our remote office team and onsite staff.

The Bilingual Doula is responsible for initiating and maintaining regular contact and support with participant families. The Doula is responsible for promoting healthy pregnancies, breast feeding and building a trusting relationship that offers strength-based services for families. The Doula will provide community outreach, prenatal education activities, and assist the family in preparing for childbirth through both home visiting and group based services. The Doula will advocate for participant families. These activities will take place primarily within the family's home, doctor's office, hospitals and the DuPage community.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Assist families in initiating and strengthening the parent-child relationship prenatally.
* Provide information, education and resources that will prepare the parent and her family for the birth process during home visits.
* Attend and support the laboring mother and her family or support person(s).
* Assist parents in improving their skills so as to optimize the bonding and attachment of the parent(s) to child and child to parent.
* Facilitates and advocates in strengthening the family's support system.
* Increase the family's ability to problem solve and advocate for themselves and their children, especially during the birth process.
* Identify needs and refer families to additional community resources, including health care and other basic necessities.
* Conduct outreach activities and educate the community.
* Visits mother and baby in the home environment within 24 hours of discharge after delivery.
* Maintain postpartum contact for six to twelve weeks post delivery at least once a week, plus regular phone contact and supports breast feeding and infant care as well as provide support to the new mom.
* Maintain logs, documentation and data collection indicated for Doula Program. Completes standard form for each visit, documenting the services provided and educational items discussed with the client on the checklist. Take notes on client's overall emotional state and keeps track of time spent on each visit. Maintain confidentiality of client contact and documentation.
* Maintain daily contact with supervisor regarding caseload and scheduling of home visits.
The ideal candidate will have the following education and experience:
* Bachelor's Degree in Social Service, Psychology, Early Childhood Development, related field or equivalent experience.
* Must have completed the Doula 20-session training program or must complete the 20-session training within 3 months of employment.
* Bilingual ( English/Spanish)
* Must be on-call 24/7 to Doula participant families.
* Knowledge of issues related to maternal/child health and child abuse risk.

Minimum Qualifications
Education/Experience

Position Summary: The Grants Coordinator is pivotal in managing and expanding Youth Guidance's public sector funding. The Sustainable Community Schools (SCS) Resource Coordinator at Mather High School is a central leader in implementing the SCS modela transformative, justice-centered approach to education rooted in racial equity, community self-determination, and whole child development. The SCS Resource Coordinator is responsible for managing and expanding the Sustainable Community school programs. The Bilingual Doula is responsible for initiating and maintaining regular contact and support with participant families. * Assist families in initiating and strengthening the parent-child relationship prenatally.
* Provide information, education and resources that will prepare the parent and her family for the birth process during home visits.
* Attend and support the laboring mother and her family or support person(s).
* Assist parents in improving their skills so as to optimize the bonding and attachment of the parent(s) to child and child to parent.
* Facilitates and advocates in strengthening the family's support system.
* Increase the family's ability to problem solve and advocate for themselves and their children, especially during the birth process.
* Identify needs and refer families to additional community resources, including health care and other basic necessities.
* Conduct outreach activities and educate the community.
* Visits mother and baby in the home environment within 24 hours of discharge after delivery.
* Maintain postpartum contact for six to twelve weeks post delivery at least once a week, plus regular phone contact and supports breast feeding and infant care as well as provide support to the new mom.
* Maintain logs, documentation and data collection indicated for Doula Program. Completes standard form for each visit, documenting the services provided and educational items discussed with the client on the checklist. Take notes on client's overall emotional state and keeps track of time spent on each visit. Maintain confidentiality of client contact and documentation.
* Maintain daily contact with supervisor regarding caseload and scheduling of home visits.
The ideal candidate will have the following education and experience:
* Bachelor's Degree in Social Service, Psychology, Early Childhood Development, related field or equivalent experience.
* Must have completed the Doula 20-session training program or must complete the 20-session training within 3 months of employment.

Position Summary:
The primary responsibility is to manage and lead the Payable functions of Youth Guidance, including not limited to Accounts Payable, Credit Card Management, Gift Card Management, and vendor relationships. Responsible for the safeguarding, reconciliation, and replenishment of the organization's prepaid assets, including gift cards, parking passes, transit passes.
Maintaining accurate financial records and control reports; monitoring accounts for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Administer the company's central procurement account such as Amazon and catering companies for national procurement. Facilitates the Finance Training classes for YG employees.
Identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiency and control.
Acts as a liaison between our remote office team and onsite staff.
Maintains a strong, positive customer relationship with YG employees and vendors
Play critical role in selection and administration of agency's invoice and expense report processing system

Seeking TFI or Youth Guidance Program Alumni (APPLICANTS ONLY)
Alumni Academic Success Mentors are local college students who graduated from TFI or other Youth Guidance programs. They provide culturally responsive academic support through tutoring, mini-lessons, and 1:1 coaching. Tutors play a vital role in reinforcing academic success, strengthening Brotherhood through near-peer mentorship, and enhancing Saturday program delivery.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide Saturday tutoring and academic coaching.
Lead short Academic Success mini-lesson plans.
Track progress of assigned Fellows and provide updates to staff.
Offer remote tutoring sessions as requested by Fellows.
Support recruitment and alumni engagement efforts.
Assist with Saturday event logistics and summer programming.
Other duties as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Experience/Training
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
Must be a local college student in good academic standing.
TFI or Youth Guidance program alumni preferred.
Experience working with high school youth preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and peer leadership skills.
Skills/Abilities
Strong academic skills and ability to provide support in core subjects (English, Math, Science, Social Studies).
Ability to build positive, supportive relationships with current TFI Fellows.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to assigned tutoring and program support hours.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to model positive behaviors, responsibility, and professionalism for youth participants.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate with staff and other alumni coaches.
Flexibility and openness to feedback and ongoing learning.

Compensation
Hourly Rate: $16.60
Pay is determined by your educational background, licensure, and relevant professional experience.
