Minimum Qualifications

Able to build relationships quickly and deliver succinct messaging during interactions. Demonstrated competence in task management with strong multitasking. Must be able to analyze and interpret data, gather needed information, evaluate the situation and offer suggestions.
· Technical Proficiency: Strong computer/technical skills and proficiency with PC based MS Office Suite, and CRM management.
Preferred Qualifications
· At least 1 year of experience in administrative roles supporting healthcare, VA CCN, TriWest, home care, home health, senior living.
· Bachelor's degree in business, administration, marketing, communications, or related field
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Familiarity with home care documentation and VA compliance standards.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks across regional branches.

Work Schedule and Location
· Our typical office hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. Occasional work on evenings and weekends may be required. The HCA (Home Care Aide) Training Specialist plays a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for overseeing and managing the training of new caregivers to prepare them to take and pass the HCA certification in Washington state. Primary Objectives

Leadership: The HCA Training Specialist works with the Director of Training and Development to provide training, mentoring, and coaching to new and existing caregiving staff. In alignment with regional objectives, HTS drives training and development of caregiving staff in alignment with Family Resource Best Practice to ensure staff performance aligns with FRHC mission and values and also State requirements.
Operational Efficiency: HTS is responsible for designing, developing and delivering training programs to optimize caregiver proficiency, completion of HCA training and the HCA exam. HTS provides training, mentoring and coaching utilizing strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills informed by adult learning theory to foster an engaging learning environment, which is expected to yield role proficiency within prescribed time limits.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive statewide HCA training programs and materials, including instructor-led training, one on one coaching, and other resources to support learner success.
Ensure training programs adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of training for caregivers - including live, conference calls, video recordings and written formats.
Conduct engaging and informative training sessions that may include in-person or virtual training.
Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of different learning styles.
Provide mentoring when need is identified to foster successful completion of the HCA course and role proficiency.
Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments.
In collaboration with supervisor, identify skill gaps and training opportunities within operations such as skills lab support, continuing education offerings, and specialty training.
Maintains records of training activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operation of HCA training program.
Meets regularly with supervisor to review HCA program progress and provides analytics surrounding program attendance, program completion and exam results.
Maintains records of expenses and timely expense submission.
Support other projects and initiatives as directed by supervisor.
Any other duties as assigned. Position may also be modified to accommodate specific needs.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Must live in the state of Washington.
Bachelor's Degree
5+ year experience in long term care or related healthcare field

Our Skagit office is looking for caregivers located in Burlington and across Skagit County! We will do our best to find clients/shifts close to your preferred area + we offer Home Care Aide Training!
Pay range: $18.50-$20.00/hr
Current needs:
Availability for evening shifts and weekend shifts are highly needed!
Caregivers located in or willing to commute to Concrete, M-F ongoing shifts
Caregivers willing and able to transport clients in their vehicle
High need for Langley/Freeland areas - full time schedule available!
Caregivers located in Anacortes and Oak Harbor
Hoyer lift experience and high triage care experience a plus -- hands on training provided!
What will you do as an In Home Caregiver?
Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):
Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
Cooking and/or serving meals
Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will be able to complete the training while working and will have 120 days to complete it.

We are currently looking for live-in caregivers who are able to provide care to clients for 24 hour periods. You would typically be scheduled anywhere from 2-4 days.
Why Live In Care?
This Position is located in Mattawa Washington
No daily commute - arrive to your schedule shifts where you will then stay for 2-4 days depending on your schedule. (Drivers license, insurance and vehicle still preferred)
Work with the same consistent client and build a positive working relationship!
Position requires you to stay onsite in the clients home for the entirety of your schedule.
Our pay for live-in caregivers ranges $206.00 a day, depending on level of care the client needs.

- If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with the nurse-led medication training before you can work with clients. You will be paid to complete both trainings!
