Attends all Camelot training, completes all new employee orientation topics within the first quarter of employment and demonstrates competency in all initial and ongoing training topics. Participates in permanency planning activities, including discharge planning as assigned by the treatment team within established time frame. Participates in staffings for children assigned on case load. Participates in court-related issues for the case load in coordination with their supervisor. Links the child and family with specific services and resources as identified in the service/treatment plan. Serves as liaison with other professionals and agencies. On-call as directed by Clinical Director and program requirements. Discusses with supervisor any over or under utilization of services in regards to outcome monitoring. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Master's degree preferred in a Human Service discipline from four-year accredited college or university and experience working with children/adolescents in a therapeutic treatment environment and in compliance with State or contractual requirements.
