The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) administers and provides anesthesia related care to patients before, during, and after surgery. The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist works with various medical practitioners such as surgeons, anesthesiologists, doctors, dentists, and podiatrists, and act as a liaison between patients of all ages and their leading care provider. Collaborate with onsite NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care and oversee clinical supervision. Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions. Complete timely documentation in ChartEasy™ and work with facility EHRs (PointClickCare, MatrixCare, AHT). Participate in Theoria's Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care, RPM, and other quality initiatives. Utilize electronic medical systems, including EHRs and state/county tools for clinical and administrative tasks.
