Responsibilities: - Review prior authorization & appeals for medical necessity - Peer-to-peer provider reviews - Clinical oversight for UM, disease management, and quality management - Participates in developing medical policies, clinical guidelines, and coverage rules - Analyze provider performance data - Review provider applications and quality concerns - Assist the Sr. Medical Director in oversight, evaluation, and administration of the clinical aspects of PCHP fraud, waste & abuse programs, and pharmacy coordination. - Participate in regulatory interactions (state/local agencies), managed care committees - Support development & monitoring of annual organizational goals - Assist in evaluating job design, workflows, and processes for improvement - Ability to interpret/understand Texas Medicaid regulations - Demonstrate leadership, communication, and managed-careoriented skills - Application of medical knowledge within operational/business environments

**Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)- $25,000 Sign-On Bonus** Primary Purpose Administers anesthesia and anesthesia-related care from pre-anesthetic patient assessment and evaluation through post-anesthetic patient follow-up, evaluation, and care, formulating and carrying out anesthetic patient care plans in collaboration with attending anesthesiologists to facilitate quality patient care, comfort, and satisfaction during diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical procedures.
Minimum Specifications
Education
Must be a graduate of a Nurse Anesthesia Program accredited by the Council of Nurse Anesthesia (COA) or its predecessor.
Experience
Equivalent Education and/or Experience Certification/Registration/Licensure
Must have a current, valid RN license or temporary RN license from the Texas Board of Nursing or a valid Compact RN license.
Must have a current license or temporary authorization (interim approval not to exceed 120 days from date of issuance) as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with authorization to practice as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the Texas Board of Nursing.
