The applicant must be passionate about serving patients in the setting of an urban FQHC. The center offers multi-specialty care with an emphasis on continuity of care and preventative health care for all ages. The residency is an outpatient focused program with 12 residents (4-4-4) with a mission of training residents to serve their community and address social determinants of health. The physician will play an active role in the development of the residency and its residents.
