Credentialing takes approximately 60-90 days, with recent providers completing in about 60. The schedule is three days per week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the option to work four days if preferred. This position is open to MDs only and requires collaboration with midlevel providers. Call is 1:6, phone-based, and typically results in 1-2 calls per week after going through a call service. Providers see 15-20 patients per day, ages 14 and up. Required credentials include BC/BE in FM or IM, an Alabama license, DEA, and a flu vaccination. The team includes one physician and three NPs, and the site uses ECW as its EMR.
