We are the largest provider of WIC services in the state of Maryland.
We are an approved FQHC for the NHSC loan repayment program (with an HRSA score of 19). **NHSC Student Loan Repayment Program recognizes CCI Health Services as an approved FQHC participant. We deliver primary care to a multicultural, multilingual patient population in an outpatient, ambulatory care setting. Duties include patient health education, preventative health care, screening, and providing clinical supervision to mid-level practitioners.
You must be in possession of (or in the process of obtaining) a valid medical license, DEA, and CDS in the State of Maryland and be Board Certified or Board Eligible. Being bi-lingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not necessary. Each provider will be responsible for on-call, averaging approximately one week every two months.
We offer full medical, dental, and vision coverage, short and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, and a 403(b) retirement plan (with an employer contribution of up to 4% of salary). We also offer license reimbursement and an annual CME allowance.

A physician chart reviewer will provide thorough and detailed medical chart reviews, identifying and listing all chronic conditions which require clinical reassessment, or any gaps in care needing attention. Culled from our program's affiliated physicians' patients/charts, the findings will be entered into a proprietary software system, which creates a list for the rendering physician to consider for address at an upcoming office visit. The compiled finding supports primary care physicians in building individualized and complete care plans for each patient.
Initial training on both the EMR and software, and ongoing feedback will be provided. Work is done remotely, and internet connectivity is requisite. Comfort with EMR technology and basic computer navigation a must. 20-40 hours per week, including monthly to weekly meetings to collaborate with other chart reviewers.
