Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural injections, including cervical selective nerve root blocks
Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar facet injections, SIJ injections, medial branch blocks
Cervical, thoracic, lumbar, and SIJ branch blocks and RFA
Occipital nerve blocks
Ganglion impar blocks
Interarticular hip injections, piriformis injections
PRP injections
Collaborate with a team of orthopedic surgeons and physiatrists.
Supervise a team of medical professionals, including physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and medical assistants.
Commute to more than one clinic periodically as needed.
Experience with clinical and spinal injections is preferred.

Position Details
Base salary: $215,000 $245,000 (range varies by experience and location)
Incentive bonus structure tied to quality care metrics
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Patient volume: patients per day
Visit length: 20 minutes for routine visits, 40 minutes for full diagnostic and new patient visits
Onsite support team: Scribe, Medical Assistant, Social Worker
In-house services: Onsite labs with phlebotomist, access to RubiconMD for specialist consults

Work collaboratively with nurses and allied staff.
Contribute to quality improvement and care coordination initiatives.
Support newborn resuscitation and stabilization as needed.
Qualifications:
