We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, long-term growth focused and experienced Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing established 15+ years primary care outpatient practice located in sunny and beautiful Coachella Valley/Rancho Mirage, CA. You will take over a panel of PPO patients managed by a highly reputed physician transitioning to a concierge care model. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional care while eventually transitioning into a concierge or subscription-based model as the patient panel evolves. Responsibilities: Manage and provide comprehensive primary care services to an established panel of PPO and new patients in an outpatient setting. Collaborate with a respected physician during the patient transition process and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and quality care. Transition to a concierge or subscription-based care model over time. Deliver high-quality, personalized patient care with a focus on building long-term relationships. Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as necessary Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and therapies Monitor patient progress and adjust to treatment plans as needed Educate patients on preventive care measures and promote healthy lifestyle choices Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record systems Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff Ideal Candidate and Qualifications: Enjoys working independently in a small group of physicians without big organization regulations. Prior experience in subscription or concierge medical care is a plus. Experience with geriatric patients. wound care, procedure skills, aesthetics experience and optional hospital coverage is a plus. Passionate about work and medicine with great professional and bedside manners with patients. Flexibility at work schedule and responsibilities. Has a keen attention to details with patient problems. Strong discipline with chart documentation, admin tasks and follow-up with patient concerns. Have effective and compassionate communication/interpersonal skills with patients and fellow physicians and staff. Need Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine and to be board certified (or eligible) with no professional disciplinary actions. Active CA state and DEA license is a must. Hungry for career and income growth in a stable manner. Position and Package Details: Full-time from Monday through Friday. Manageable patient volume with priority on patient care. The candidate will start with an existing stable patient base and expand his/her own patient panel. Loyal patient base with Medicare and FFS patients. Excellent work environment with dedicated staff and flexible scheduling. Salary: $325 k - $400 k with productive bonuses depending on experience and qualifications. Optional in-patient hospital coverage. Beginning in the second year, compensation transition to a productivity-based model, in which the physician receives a percentage of actual revenue collected, contingent upon performance during the first year.
