Minimum Qualifications: The medical physician must have completed a residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, which meets the requirements of the American Board of Medicine or American Osteopathic Board of Medicine. The physician must possess a current Pennsylvania medical license, DEA registration, and Basic Life Support Certificate.
