Requirements for this job include holding a Master's degree or higher in a counseling or related field. We are looking for those with Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist credentials in Pennsylvania. The position is a W-2 position. It would be 37.5-40 hours per week to be considered full-time.
Clinicians can begin seeing clients on a part-time basis once credentialing is completed by our administrative office in order to work up to full-time status. We offer competitive pay. Base salary to start and bonuses are given twice a year for additional reimbursements for sessions (anything over the annual salary).
Job types: full-time (preferred); Full-time clinicians may start at a part-time status until they have a full caseload.
Pay: Salaried, exempt.
FPC provides a level of malpractice insurance, but clinicians are required to obtain their own personal liability insurance annually, which is reimbursed by FPC. Reimbursement is offered for federal and state licensing and certification requirements. Reimbursement for membership dues in organizations (one local, one state, and one national per year) are also given, if desired.
