Family practice doctor job description

Earn up to $375,000+ Year One

Position Highlights:

• Employed position with a Critical Access Hospital. Not-for-profit city-owned.
• There have been 125-150 deliveries annually and 20-25 C-Sections. This position will also round on inpatients
• Avg 14-18 PPD in the OP clinic - recently renovated and is attached to the hospital with 25 exam rooms
• RN Mid-Wife starts in August
• In the OB Dept. there are 5 bassinets, 1 birth center, 3 delivery post-partum rooms, 1 water birth, 1 early labor room
• Clinic is Mon-Fri 8 am - 5pm. (36 patient hours/week)
• There is no ER call and shared OB call 1:3
• High patient satisfaction and community support

Financial Highlights:

• Base salary depending on experience $250-$300K
• Additional $30K annually in RVU/Quality bonuses
• Sign-on & Relocation is negotiable $50-90K
• Opportunity for extra shifts (ER and UC) at $150.00 per hour if desired
• 4 weeks of PTO, 6 holidays
