The Long Term Care Ombudsman (LTCO) Program assures implementation of policies and procedures promulgated by the State and Federal government as well as those of FSA. The LTCO Representative visits long term care facilities and investigates reports of complaints and suspected elder and dependent adult abuse in long term care facilities. This position reports to the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program Supervisor. The LTCO Representative will be solely based in the Santa Barbara region and will report out of our Santa Barbara office.

Sample Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain an ongoing presence in local long term care facilities and develops professional relationships with nursing and residential care facility personnel through these visits.
Cross report instances of abuse, neglect and poor facility practices to appropriate agencies as mandated.
Witness Advance Health Care Directives and property transfers to facility staff in excess of $100 in skilled nursing facilities.
Participate in resident and family council meetings when requested by residents and their families and as time permits.
Provide technical assistance to resident and family councils.
Attend monthly Ombudsman meetings and participates in ongoing training.
Document investigations and monitoring activities and prepares required reports in a timely manner.
Provide educational programs to residents and families, facility staff, community groups and organizations and the general public on resident rights, placement, LTC issues, community resources, elder abuse and mandated reporting.
Develop an annual Work Plan for approval by the LTCO Program Coordinator.

Employment Qualifications and Standards:

DEPARTMENT SUMMARY: Cultural Arts produces theatre and performances at the Los Angeles LGBT Center's 200-seat Renberg Theatre and 50-seat Davidson/Valentini Theatre, in addition to curating visual art exhibitions in the Advocate & Gochis Galleries. An award-winning producer in the greater Los Angeles area, the Los Angles LGBT Center's Lily Tomlin/Jane Wagner Cultural Arts Center presents performances and exhibits that illuminate the trials, triumphs, and truths of the LGBTQ+ community through theatre, music, dance, comedy, and visual art.
JOB SUMMARY: As scheduled and under the general supervision of the Technical and Production Manager, the Stage Manager works with Cultural Arts events team and artists to program lights and sound, rehearse and run performances, complete nightly show reports, and occasionally work as the front of house manager. The Stage Manager serves as the representative from the Cultural Arts Department and reports directly to offsite leadership.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Program lighting and audio/visual equipment and programs for Cultural Arts events and troubleshoot AV issues before, during, and after performances.
• Run assigned technical elements during the production, including ETC Eos Family lighting console, QLab, or other sound on a digital console.
• Set-up and break down each performance within the allotted time in coordination with Center technicians.

Seeking a School-Based Therapist in Santa Maria! The School-Based Therapist is an on-site direct service provider at a multiple local school sites. • Participate in the multi-disciplinary Clinical Case Conference, presenting assigned cases as they come due for review.
