A family service assistant assists and supports by providing routine services and clerical assistant to clients. You will schedule appointments and transport the client to their desired location. You will also understand and refer the problem of clients to the appropriate team. Similarly, you will observe the behaviors when you visit the clients either at home or somewhere else and report the behaviors to the appropriate party. You may need to interview and get basic information from clients and give feedback to the superior.
