The FRC is a community-based, culturally competent program that provides evidence-based parent education groups, information and referral, mentoring, educational support and other opportunities for children and families. The FRC also provides services specific to Children Requiring Assistance who are having serious problems at home and at school, including runaways, truants, and sexually exploited children. Responsibilities include: Develops the FRC calendar and hosts parent and Youth Support groups. Responsible for recruiting and providing support to volunteers who shall lead specialized support groups as needed. Follow up with the family members or providers within two weeks of referral to ensure that the family members were able to access services referred by the FRC. The FSW shall also ask family members to complete a Family Satisfaction Survey. FSW may participate on a phone call to a Network Services provider or physically accompany the Family Members to a location where the services are available offsite. Job Description * We have an excellent full time opportunity for a Clinician to provide outpatient treatment to individual/families of the Behavioral Health Center in an office and/or outreach basis. The starting salary range is $54,870 - $56,950 Duties and responsibilities: Clinicians will provide therapy services - individual, group, couples or family. Services may be office based, school based, community based or via telehealth as appropriate for the clinical needs of the client. Clinicians will attend case conferences and multi-disciplinary meetings. Clinicians will be expected to maintain caseload as assigned to perform assessment, treatment, planning and ongoing psychotherapy. Clinicians will make referrals to other resources, agencies, clinics, and hospitals as needed. Clinicians may be called upon to provide trainings and to participate in the clinic staff training program, as well as being available as a consultant on clinical work issues.
