Childcare/babysitting experience is preferred. Certification in child care a plus. Candidates must be at least age 16 years of age. Training and support provided by Parent Connection. Shifts are typically 2-3 hours during weekday evenings from between the hours of 5:30 - 8:30 p.m.
This casual part-time position works approximately 5-15 hours per month.

Care Coordination offers services across both Columbia and Greene counties. Our Care Coordinators assist Medicaid-eligible individuals in coordinating both behavioral and/or physical health care, regardless of diagnosis. Job duties include:

* The Care Coordinator role will involve 75% fieldwork, which includes, but is not limited to, traveling to clients' homes and within the community to conduct assessments and manage ongoing care.

Our 988 Wisconsin Lifeline P rogram Supervisors are responsible for the coordination and general functioning of the Lifeline program; the hiring process including performance evaluations of assigned team members, training, and daily supervision; participation in activities connected to the administration of the Center such as speaking engagements, conference presentations, and membership on committees; provide in-service training, policy interpretation and administrative support to the Call Center team; audit client interactions and logs to ensure high-quality service and documentation; train new staff or interns; provide professional counseling services. Qualified candidates will have a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or other closely related mental health discipline. Our Wisconsin Lifeline 988 call center provides high-quality, comprehensive crisis counseling services for callers experiencing thoughts of suicide in addition to support and assistance services for Wisconsin residents experiencing emotional distress. We are currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join the Crisis Services leadership team. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the clinical supervision of Lifeline Counselors on the 988 Wisconsin Lifeline team who include a combination of paraprofessionals and bachelor and master degreed level staff. The Clinical Supervisor will share the review of documentation and service provision of the entire Lifeline Counselor team. The 988 Lifeline Clinical Supervisor also participates in the training and development of the Lifeline Counselors.
Due to the growth of the 988 Lifeline, we have an opening for a full-time, remote Clinical Supervisor. This is a salaried position with competitive pay. Working hours are very flexible over days and/or evening shifts. Demands of the position will also require the successful candidate to have some flexibility. On-call consultation responsibilities may be minimally required. Qualified applicants will have a Master's degree in Social Work or related field and will be fully licensed in the State of Wisconsin as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Qualified candidates will have three years of experience providing direct service to clients. Prior clinical supervisory experience is preferred. Remote Clinical Supervisors must work in the state of Wisconsin during their shifts.
