We are seeking a Supervised Visitation Specialist to join our team! This part-time position is responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for participants in the Supervised Visitation Program. This position coordinates and supervises visits through referrals from Family Court, DHS, and the community while maintaining safety for all involved. The schedule for this position is 20-29 hours per week, 2:30pm - 8:00pm for a minimum of 4 evenings each week, with some daytime hours needed.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise visitations to maintain safety between parents and their children in various locations (in the office, in the community, jails, prisons, and homes).
Maintain files on each participant in an organized, uniform, and timely manner as determined by program needs.
Record all client contact including home visits, written correspondence, court action, telephone call, group participation, and referrals.
Transport children or parents to and from visits.
Complete a written log of each visit utilizing the agreed upon form. Documentation of all contacts and attempts to schedule visitations are to be provided to the county worker.

We are seeking a Trainer to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for providing the team with the necessary training to effectively provide Lifeline counseling services. The Trainer provides and coordinates training including orientation and continuing education that is in alignment with standards set by NSPL, DHS 34, and ICH accreditation. The Trainer provides input to the design, coordination, and implementation of training for Wisconsin Lifeline team.
This is a hybrid position that requires working from our Downtown Green Bay location at least 2-3 days per week. Some evening and weekend hours may be required on occasion to support training efforts. This position will also be required to participate in the program leadership on-call rotation.

Their priority is to provide 24/7 crisis intervention, and the position does not maintain their own caseload. This position includes the following minimum time requirements:
