We are seeking a Supervised Visitation Specialist to join our team! This part-time position is responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for participants in the Supervised Visitation Program. This position coordinates and supervises visits through referrals from Family Court, DHS, and the community while maintaining safety for all involved. The schedule for this position is 20-29 hours per week, 2:30pm - 8:00pm for a minimum of 4 evenings each week, with some daytime hours needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise visitations to maintain safety between parents and their children in various locations (in the office, in the community, jails, prisons, and homes).
* Maintain files on each participant in an organized, uniform, and timely manner as determined by program needs.
* Record all client contact including home visits, written correspondence, court action, telephone call, group participation, and referrals.
* Transport children or parents to and from visits.
* Complete a written log of each visit utilizing the agreed upon form. Documentation of all contacts and attempts to schedule visitations are to be provided to the county worker.
Qualifications
Education:
* Required: High School Diploma/GED
* Preferred: Associate's degree in human services or related field

* Preferred: 2+ years' experience in human services or social work field
Skills and Competencies:
* Ability to be assertive with parents to ensure that the visitation guidelines established by the referring worker are adhered to, and that child safety and well-being are ensured during visits.
* Ability, knowledgebase, and skills necessary to make visual, physical, and mental assessment of clients and situations, utilizing approved social work methods.
* Ability, knowledgebase, and skills necessary to conduct in-person visits and maintain telephone contact with clients.
* Ability to work with a diverse population in ways that are culturally competent, non-judgmental, supportive and empowering.

We are seeking Crisis Counselors to join our team. This casual part-time position is responsible for providing 24-hour counseling services for consumers in need of emergency mental health services. Services include assessment of consumer functioning and implementation of appropriate short term treatment plan developed in tandem with consumer and designed to meet consumer short term physical and mental health needs. The Crisis Counselor works cooperatively with other community professionals to maintain consumer safety through assessments for general mental health, suicide, homicide, and ability to care for self.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a liaison between the consumer and other service organizations in providing and receiving referrals.
* Provide 24-hour crisis intervention services.
* Assess consumer mental health status and coordinate emergency services.
* To assess for and implement Chapter 55 Protective Placements and subsequent placement at appropriate facilities when necessary after normal business hours for county Adult Protective Services.

Consistently interfaces with Referral Sources, Case Managers and Managed Care Providers to create to achieve maximum revenue generation for the hospital while maintaining environment of quality care for the patient

Home Health Occupational Therapist Case Manager to support the Marinette patient service market. Normal office operating hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm. Part time position allows for some flexibility; final usual schedule to be determined upon hire. Position will require a weekend rotation, usually once every 5th to 6th weekend.
Major Responsibilities:
Evaluates the patient's physical, perceptual, cognitive, social, and vocational abilities and their impact on the patient's activities of daily living. Conducts an occupational therapy evaluation of each patient and establishes a plan of care and treatment. Maintains and updates accurate clinical and patient records according to state and federal guidelines.
Plans and implements individual treatment to re-train and teach compensatory techniques for residual disability in activities of daily living, adapted homemaking techniques, bathroom transfers, functional application of mobility skills and, when appropriate, training in adapted work methods.
Discusses caseload issues and changes in case census with management. Communicates problems to physicians and management and clearly states plans, actions and goals so changes are reflected as they occur.
Communicates with physicians and other team members to confirm and update patient plan of treatment and provides physician with status report on a regular basis.
Manages assigned caseload, including scheduling and informing site leadership of coverage needs and ability to provide coverage. Manages the patient's medical condition including medications.
Teaches appropriate treatment procedures and supportive activities to patients and caregivers, and develops plan for obtaining adaptive devices as needed. Recommends adaptive equipment and provides usage training as needed. Acts as a patient advocate to insure optimal outcomes.
May manage the caseload of Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA), including evaluating their patients, insuring compliance with the established Care Plan and adhering to all State of Wisconsin regulations regarding OTA supervision.
May assist with evaluating patients, turning the patient over to the OTA and informing them of the Plan of Care (POC) per State of Wisconsin regulations.
Provides on-going assessment of patient response to treatments, and teaches and applies interventions as appropriate. Updates and revises plan of care as indicated and provides physician with a status report on a regular basis. Participates in chart audits and continuous quality improvement activities.
Performs various patient positioning and transporting duties, which require lifting and pushing/pulling, while utilizing proper technique.
Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served. Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs, and to provide the care needed as described in the department's policies and procedures. Age-specific information is developed further in the departmental job standards.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
Occupational Therapist license issued by the state of Wisconsin, and
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) needs to be obtained within 6 months unless department leader has determined it is not required, and
A valid drivers license issued by the Division of Motor Vehicles

This casual part-time position is responsible for providing direct services to sexual assault victims including crisis counseling, advocacy, and support by delivering service that is culturally competent, strength-based, and client directed. The On-Call Victim Advocate provides afterhours hotline and in-person crisis response on nights, weekends, and holidays. Their priority is to provide 24/7 crisis intervention, and the position does not maintain their own caseload. This position includes the following minimum time requirements:
* Completion of Advocate Training-Part 1, mandatory trainings, and approximately four in-person training sessions (approximately 40 hours)
* Minimum of 40 hours per month of on-call shifts
* Attend at least one staff meeting per month
* Meet at least once a month with Program Manager for supervision
Key Responsibilities
* Provide advocacy, support, information, and referrals to victims of sexual assault victims and their families, both over the phone and in-person.
* Provide options for reporting and accompany victims during law enforcement interviews and forensic evidence collection at the hospital.
* Document all client activity and relay activity to the Program Supervisor by the following business day.
* Assist with the community outreach and prevention education, when needed.

Job Responsibilities:
+ Prepare laboratory specimens for various analysis and testing
+ Research, troubleshoot and resolve customer and specimen problems
+ Send test requests to proper location and release test results
+ Assist clients with any specimen related requests or inquires
+ Process specimens to be sent out to additional facilities
+ Provide support to various areas of the laboratory
+ Perform sample sorting, racking and retrieving
+ Prepare record logs in a timely and efficient manner
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Experience in a laboratory environment is preferred
+ Comfortability with handling biological specimens
+ Ability to accurately identify specimens
+ Basic computer and data entry skills
+ Strong communication skills; written and verbal
+ Ability to work independently or within a team environment
+ Well organized and a high level of attention to detail
+ Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
+ Must pass a standardized color blindness test
