This casual part-time position is responsible for providing childcare for children, infants to age 12, while parents attend parenting workshops in the same facility. The workshops are held at a variety of locations including churches, schools and public libraries in the Fox Cities. This position will work approximately 5-15 hours per month with a typical shift of 5:30pm - 8:30pm during weekday evenings.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff.
* Provide a safe nurturing environment for children.
* Attend to children's needs by holding, feeding, and changing diapers.

* Preferred: Child Care Certification, CPR and First Aid Certification

We are seeking a Supervised Visitation Specialist to join our team! This part-time position is responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for participants in the Supervised Visitation Program. This position coordinates and supervises visits through referrals from Family Court, DHS, and the community while maintaining safety for all involved. The schedule for this position is 20-29 hours per week, 2:30pm - 7:30pm for a minimum of 4 evenings each week, with some daytime hours needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise visitations to maintain safety between parents and their children in various locations (in the office, in the community, jails, prisons, and homes).
* Maintain files on each participant in an organized, uniform, and timely manner as determined by program needs.
* Record all client contact including home visits, written correspondence, court action, telephone call, group participation, and referrals.
* Transport children or parents to and from visits.
* Complete a written log of each visit utilizing the agreed upon form. Documentation of all contacts and attempts to schedule visitations are to be provided to the county worker.
Qualifications
Education:
* Required: High School Diploma/GED
* Preferred: Associate's degree in human services or related field

* Preferred: 2+ years' experience in human services or social work field
Skills and Competencies:
* Ability to be assertive with parents to ensure that the visitation guidelines established by the referring worker are adhered to, and that child safety and well-being are ensured during visits.
* Ability, knowledgebase, and skills necessary to make visual, physical, and mental assessment of clients and situations, utilizing approved social work methods.
* Ability, knowledgebase, and skills necessary to conduct in-person visits and maintain telephone contact with clients.

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited university with an MA, or M.S. in communication disorders that ASHA recognizes and state board.
SLP holds a current license and/or registration as a Speech Language Pathologist in-state as applicable.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech therapy evaluations as per MD orders.
Document findings on the standardized evaluation format neatly, accurately and adhering to all guidelines.
Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration and treatment modalities, therapeutic interventions, clinical and technical guidelines
Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
Provide comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities and modifying patient treatment as indicated and adhering to precautions.
Pay Range: USD $36.00 - USD $43.00 /Hr.

Program Supervisor

Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in a range of administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals we serve in the program.
Provide support to individuals receiving services including: assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care.
Duties are split between providing direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
One year related work experience.
Must be 18 years or older.
Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
