Patients may enter RAMAR and receive individual and group counseling, medical services, transportation and other therapeutic activities. During their stay, patients develop self-management and recovery skills that help them rebuild their lives. We are looking for a Residential Counselor to provide direct service while the patients are staying at RAMAR. Counselors provide individual and group counseling by evaluating assessments for identified patients and their family members and based on findings, facilitating a timely and appropriate treatment plan, and coordinating said plan with available agency services and the community. CHC will provide your own private office, quality supervision, and ongoing training and CEUs. The Residential Counselor Position: Is Full time, 40 hours a week, generally Monday-Friday, but may include some weekends/evenings. Some positions may start as early as 5:30am.
