Responsibilities:
The IOP Clinician is responsible for performing a wide variety of patient care activities as directed by the Clinical Director. The IOP Clinician will be responsible for patient caseload and will provide group, individual, and family therapy. The IOP Clinician will conduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments. This Clinician will collaborate with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan and assist in coordinating discharge planning. The IOP Clinician has primary responsibility for maintaining communication with the family, referral source and other service providers as needed.

1. Provides excellent individual, family and group therapy to assigned patients following
program curriculum provided by Clinical Director.
2. Completes all required documentation ensuring compliance with all company policies and
procedures, state regulations, Joint Commission standards and Medical Needs Criteria. This
includes the following documents:
a. Admission Documents and Consent
b. Biopsychosocial Assessment and Integrated Summary (72 hours)
c. Comprehensive Problem List
d. Integrated Master Treatment Plan and Updates (24 -72 hours based off payer)
e. ASAMs (24 hours, based on state standards)
f. Individual, family and group therapy session notes (24 hours)
g. Discharge Summary (72 hours)
3. Prior and ongoing outreach to prospective and current patients to ensure program engagement
to meet expected conversion rate.
4. Uses substance abuse and co-occurring therapeutic interventions and de-escalation techniques
to assist patients with accomplishing all treatment plans, goals and objectives and successfully
complete treatment.
5. Assesses patient for substance use disorders, risk to self or others and co-occurring mental
health disorders.
6. Uses therapeutic interventions to assist patients with accomplishing all treatment plans goals
and objectives and successfully complete treatment.
7. Manages aftercare recommendations and support that will prepare patient for maintaining
successful recovery.
8. Provides caseload management as per state requirements.
9. Participates in crisis intervention with patients as needed.
10. Participates with multidisciplinary teams such as Financial Case Managers to provide
appropriate aftercare planning and securing resources.
11. Completes documentation daily to meet metrics of 92% completion within compliance

Hold the credentials of a Qualified Addiction Professional as defined by the Missouri Credentialing Board, Inc. (MCB) or the Kansas Behavioral Science Regulatory Board (BSRB).
Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) or higher, PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, PLMFT, LMFT preferred
Individuals must be willing to become credentialed in additional states and provide telehealth services.
Additional Qualifications:
Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.
Current driver's license in state of residency, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
First Aid and CPR certification within three (3) months of beginning employment.

Overview
This position assesses and provides services in response to the identified psychosocial and developmental needs of children and their families. This position provides education and coping support to children and families to reduce the stress and anxiety accompanying hospitalization and other aspects of healthcare. Responsible for training and working with Patient Activity Coordinators, Project Rise Hospitality Assistants, foster grandparents and volunteers in assigned areas. Responsible for facilitating an accredited Child Life Internship Program, a Child Life Practicum Program, and providing educational experiences for other health care professionals and learners. Responsible for completing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Description: To provide educational instruction for the Domestic Violence Center, Domestic Violence Housing Program, and/or Children's Center. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Client Services This position is responsible for providing a safe, structured, educational environment in a therapeutic setting. This position will help plan and facilitate educational activities for youth and families residing at the Domestic Violence Center, Children's Center or Domestic Violence Housing Program. In addition, this position will assist in providing support and advocacy to clients as needed Coordinates with the school of origin of emergency shelter residents to obtain transportation, or at a minimum, the client's homework to ensure that the youth has the opportunity to stay caught up in school. Organizes and supervises educational field trips. Collaborates with schools to best serve clients. Documents client information in Progress Notes. Completes the Learning Center summary on each youth following discharge and puts in the client's file. Facilitates lesson plans developed by the Curriculum Specialist.
