Your Role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Conduct individual assessments of students to identify learning and behavioral needs and develop initial programming with ongoing modifications.
Create Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), as well as social skills and skill-based assessments.
Assist in the development of IEP goals, focusing on behavior reduction, replacement behaviors, and data collection methods.
Provide direct and indirect behavioral services, interventions, instruction, and supervision to students, teachers, and classroom support personnel in individual and group settings.
Oversee one or more students' ABA programs in the classroom, including supervision of paraprofessionals working directly with students.
Provide supervision to assigned RBTs, BTs, and other classroom staff, supporting identified goals in accordance with BACB guidelines.
Monitor and analyze student progress, delivering daily progress notes for the school and families, and using data analysis to drive adjustments.
Develop and deliver professional development programs, including instruction in Response to Intervention (RTI) and Behavioral Skills Training (BST) for classroom staff.
Provide consultation to teachers and classroom support personnel to implement behavioral strategies effectively.
Assist in the development of behavior strategies and methodologies to ensure student progress, focusing on data-driven solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

About the CARES Project
The SBY Community Approaches to Rapid Engagement Services (CARES) is a new initiative developed in collaboration with the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), Office of the Attorney General (OAG), and the Department of Human Services (DHS). CARES supports families experiencing intra-family violence who are seeking help with conflict resolution, communication, and problem-solving. The program provides intensive short-term services for 3-6 months, including respite care for the adolescent at Bruce House.
Position Summary
The CARES Family Intervention Specialist provides intensive, community-based case management to youth and their families. The primary goals are to strengthen family functioning, ensure the young person can safety return to living with their family, and promote long-term family stability. The Family Intervention Specialist works closely with families for 3-6 months and delivers services in homes, schools, and community settings.

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a group of developmental disabilities that can cause significant social, communication, mental health and behavioral challenges.

As a Behavior Technician,
You'll teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting to kiddos with autism in their home or at MeBe’s Learning Center clinic
You’ll follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs that help increase the kiddo's communication, self-help, social and play skills.
You’ll relay info on your kiddos’ progress to BCBAs to keep them informed and assist with BCBA assessments.
At the end of each session, you’ll accurately record the kiddo’s behavior analysis and progress in our data collection system Central Reach using your work assigned tablet.
You’ll be responsible for clocking in, submitting your session notes and clocking out to align with strict ABA and Insurance provider regulations.
You’ll help keep our workplace shipshape, safe, and super organized.
You’ll help our kiddos with lunch breaks, bathroom breaks and diaper changing.
You’ll help with projects and tasks as directed by your Site Director and Clinical Supervisors.
You’ll voice questions, issues and concerns to your supervisors as appropriate and take co-ownership of treatment planning.

Qualifications:
Consistent availability from Monday through Friday. Part-time shifts available.

InnerSourced Solutions has an immediate opening for a part-time therapist to provide individual and family sessions for children and adolescents (ages 8-17 years old) and their families. This is a contract, part-time position with full-time potential. Part-time positions require a minimum of 10 billable hours per week of direct client contact each week. There is also a possibility for this to be a full-time, position after building a full caseload; full time requires a minimum of billable 20 hours per week. Applicants must be available for therapy sessions between 2pm and 5pm. Weekend hours are at the discretion of the clinician and parents/guardian but are not required.

General Summary - The Greater Washington Urban League is offering The Black Fatherhood Blueprint Program in partnership with the United Way of the National Capital Area (United Way NCA). This program will provide guidance and support for fathers and their families. Fathers will be supported in the areas of health, relationships, and economic mobility. The program will help Black Fathers in Washington, DC to improve overall wellness, economic well-being, and reduce child support arrears for hundreds of families in the District of Columbia, now and in future generations. After a four-month ramp-up phase, the program will serve 150 families over a 2-year period.
The Family Therapist will play a critical role in transforming and shaping the lives of Black fathers and their families by providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering healthier family dynamics. This role involves conducting assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique needs of each family. The Family Therapist will work closely with the fathers to address issues such as trauma, mental health disorders, substance abuse, and behavioral challenges. Additionally, the therapist will collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic support and progress tracking. Strong therapeutic skills, cultural competence, and the ability to work with diverse family structures are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
