The role of the Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager is to build trusting relationships with program participants which will enable the participants to maintain housing and reach personalized goals. The Case Manager is dedicated to supporting and empowering participants utilizing evidence-based practices, including a Housing First philosophy, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, and Trauma Informed Care. The Case Manager collaborates with a wide range of service providers with the goal of assisting participants to achieve tenancy stability, increase financial independence, connect to wellness resources, and increase community integration. Supportive services are offered to best meet participant needs specifically in the areas of physical and/or mental health disability, domestic violence, and substance use. The overall goal is to maximize housing stability for the participants, and to put measures in place to prevent participants from returning to homelessness. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Provide case management services that facilitate client self-sufficiency and housing retention. Ability to build positive and trusting relationships with diverse populations, particularly participants experiencing trauma, homelessness, physical and/or mental health disabilities, and substance use challenges. Use evidence-based practices in service delivery, such as Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, Housing First, and Person-Centered Planning. Provide field-based case management services in the areas of, but not limited to: independent living skills, community integration, connection to mainstream benefits, employment services, medical and mental health care, substance use treatment, and all other services needed to support participants in reaching their service plan goals. Maintain on-going case load of 15-18 families participating in program by meeting with each participant on a biweekly basis. Assist families in developing an Individualized Service Plan.     DPR is seeking a highly people-centric AI Adoption Specialist to accelerate AI maturity across the organization by empowering employees to confidently and effectively use self-service AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and DPR-developed AI solutions. This role is first and foremost an AI coach, educator, and change agent. You will work hands-on with individuals and teams-often 1:1-to help them translate real work into effective AI-assisted workflows. Touchstone Program * Follow individualized therapeutic protocols for youth. * Ensure basic needs of hygiene, nutrition, and clothing are met for each child. * Prepare and serve daily meals as needed. * Maintain cleanliness of the home environment, ensuring a safe and secure environment. * Guide youth in self-regulation attributes related to social settings, self-help, academics, independent living preparation, problem solving, personal hygiene, financial literacy, and employability skills. * Counsel youth through personal challenges using principles of the Neurosequential model of therapeutics, in accordance with required regulatory standards. * Attend to youth's medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health needs. * Provide for moral, spiritual, and educational development of youth. * Provide crisis intervention to youth while maintaining emotional self-control. * Organize and participate in play/recreational time with the youth. * Support and assist youth with all educational need to include homework, projects, and extracurricular activities. * Provide transportation as needed to school, work, appointments, and recreational activities. * Assist the Shift Supervisors in providing documentation, services, and treatment needs to youth. * Display positive role modeling and leadership for youth by exhibiting skills taught in TBRI training. QUALIFICATIONS * High School diploma or equivalent is required, such as a GED from a program recognized by the Texas Education Agency, the Texas Private School Accreditation Commission or similar educational entity from another state, or documentation to verify high school equivalency from home schooling.
