Position Overview:
As one of our BCBAs, you are a pillar of our organization! Beyond managing your client caseload and supervising our team of BTs and RBTs, you play a key role in shaping the culture at Scissortail Therapy Services. It's essential that you not only meet your technical responsibilities but also set an example for your fellow BCBAs and RBTs.
This center-based position requires 25 billable hours per week for experienced BCBAs, and 20 billable hours per week for those in their first year. On average, you will supervise and mentor five RBTs/BTs and provide direct therapy as needed.
This is a full-time position, with a work schedule of 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, totaling a 40-hour work week.
Responsibilities:
Manage client caseload and weekly billable hours
Supervise and inspire Behavior Technicians and RBTs
Partner with families to provide parent trainings and education

What you can expect to do as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Hopebridge:
Conduct detailed behavioral assessments to evaluate patient progress toward treatment goals.
Design evidence-based intervention plans tailored to unique needs.

Physical Demands

-Serve as primary advocate to children/teens, parents, and families in the YWCA Crisis Programs, providing them with assistance, support, education, recreational activities, crisis intervention, information, referral, and follow-up.

This position is for a customer experience specialist who can provide world class service to clients of Adult and Family Services.
Responsibilities include interviewing and processing electronic applications and renewals for all AFS programs, interpreting and applying policy and procedures, providing clear documentation of casework, and independently performing complex tasks.
Must also display excellent customer service skills, flexibility, and organization.
This position does not maintain a permanent caseload.
It provides first contact resolution for clients who prefer to conduct business through our contact center or online platforms.
Various set work schedules available.
