For over 30 years, New Season Treatment Centers have been a leading national health care service provider of outpatient treatment centers that specialize in providing safe, quality and best in class care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder ("OUD").
Operating in over 70 treatment centers in multiple states, our team members are engaged in medication-assisted treatment, counseling, support, and care management of individuals living with OUD. We treat the whole person and, in so doing, address the underlying causes of OUD in an effort to provide a continuum of care that not only addresses treatment needs but supports the patient on their journey to recovery.
Job Summary:
New Season operates a number of nationally recognized and accredited methadone treatment centers dedicated to helping individuals with prescription drug abuse and/or opiate addiction regain control of their lives.

Essential Functions:
Works with patients to complete all intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork.
Documents patient progress through counseling and interaction through groups.
Completes patient psychosocial and an individualized treatment plan within the required time frame.
Identifies any clinical/case management needs and works to address those needs.
Performs individual, group, and family counseling as required.
Performs at least 20 hours of direct one-on-one patient contact per week through individual or group counseling.
Reports patient abuse, neglect and exploitation as required.
Reports patient grievances as required.
Educates patient in all aspects of treatment, corresponding health issues and steps to recovery.
Obtains Urine Drug Screens and initial patient photo identification.
Assists in monitoring all patient activities on center premises.
Actively participates in community relations activities as directed and authorized.
Ensures the reading and understanding of the Policy and Procedures Manual.
Ensures compliance with 42 CFR Part 2 (Federal Confidentiality Regulations) and 45 CFR, Parts 160 & 164 (HIPAA)
Is responsible for obtaining or maintaining proper licensure and/or certification according to specific state requirements.
Actively participates in preparation for surveys and inspections conducted by CARF, the State, DEA, Board of Pharmacy and any other agency site visits as dictated by the state laws or regulations.
Participates in all staff meetings
Ensures compliance with local, State, Federal and Colonial Management Group, LP rules, regulations and policies.
Always acts in the best interests of the program and company; honors, supports, and protects the proprietary data and rights of the company.
Performs other tasks as assigned by clinic, region or corporate leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Licensure/Certification:
Experience in substance abuse field is not required, but preferred
Qualified candidates will have a counseling Certification in a related field (State Specific)
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
Experience Required:
Minimum of 500 hours of experience in substance abuse is preferred
Skill and Ability:
Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be dependable and reliable
Basic mathematics skills

As a School Counselor, you are primarily responsible for helping High School students to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally, through individual and group counseling and by collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to create a safe, healthy, and supportive learning environment that strengthens connections between home and school.

Providing individual and group counseling sessions to help resolve interpersonal or family problems that interfere with school performance, including crisis intervention consultation as needed.
Conducting interviews with students, family members, and school personnel to gather information required to assess student social, emotional and behavioral adjustment to school and the community.
Maintaining regular contact with students' parents/guardians to inform of student's progress, areas of difficulties and any changes or situations in home life that may affect school performance.

Attending and participating in IEP team meeting, facilitating at the discretion of the school district. Actively participating in other team meetings when necessary to address specific student and parent concerns.
Collaborating with education and social services professionals to develop appropriate agency services for students and their families.
Providing case management functions for students, which includes but is not limited to, coordination of parent meetings, emergency transportation requests, disciplinary actions such as detention/suspension, and coordination with outside therapists.
Collaborating with teachers, parents/guardians, district personnel, and services providers to find effective solutions to learning and behavior problems, always establishing and maintaining effective public relations and projecting a positive company image.
Ensuring the use of positive teaching methods by conducting monthly climate data through direct observation of classroom staff's implementation of IEP goals and Positive Behavior Intervention Plans.
Providing guidance, consultation, and assistance to Teachers in the development of classroom schedules, maintenance of student data systems and facilitation of student transition plans to assure appropriate curriculum, schedule, and services, based on each student's IEP and other applicable goals.
Assessing student progress through consistent review of classroom data collection and recording systems and providing applicable training and guidance to classroom staff accordingly to address student needs.
Functioning as a role model for effective teaching of students as well as for communication and problem solving with staff, reinforcing the School's emphasis on behavior analytic, empirical approach to education, the extensive use of data in decision making, and the use of positive reinforcement to achieve maximum performance when working with students and co-workers.
‖ Qualifications Required:
Master's degree or higher in educational counseling, social work or a closely related field of study.
Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a school counselor, school social worker or related credential.
Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining an IL professional educator (PEL) endorsement.
Minimum 2yrs prior experience working with individuals with emotional disorders and/or challenging behaviors, preferably in an education setting.
Prior experience working with at-risk students in an alternative and/or special education program setting highly preferred.
Prior experience and highly knowledgeable in applied behavior analysis preferred.
Ability to think and act quickly and calmly in an emergency situation and make independent decisions.
Advanced oral and written communication, instruction, curriculum, conflict resolution, multitasking, problem solving, and decision-making ability.
Knowledge of relevant technology including experience with instructional technology, Microsoft Office Suite, database entry and basic office equipment.

This position works out of our East Public Health Center, located in Lombard, IL, and involves working within the community. Position Summary
We are seeking a Family Enhancement Worker to provide supportive intervention services to families referred through the CWS Referral Program. This role focuses on connecting families with community resources, building stronger family dynamics, and reducing risk factors through coaching, referrals, and direct support. The Family Enhancement Worker ensures high-quality services in a safe and supportive environment while maintaining cultural sensitivity, professionalism, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide weekly in-person contact with assigned families to assess needs and support goals.
Make referrals to community-based services and collaborate with providers, service agencies, and collateral contacts.
Maintain consistent communication with families and obtain all necessary consent/release forms.
Provide transportation to essential appointments (e.g., medical visits, WIC, community services).
Offer parent coaching, household budgeting support, and homemaker-type assistance (e.g., cleaning, daily household routines).
Monitor and support healthy parent-child interactions.
Respond to family crises as needed, including after-hours situations.
Participate in consultation and supervision meetings with the program supervisor.
Maintain accurate records and follow all IDCFS rules, confidentiality standards, and program procedures.
Attend required trainings and maintain updated knowledge of child development, trauma, mental health, substance use, and family dynamics.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
Experience providing services to individuals, children, and families required.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Familiarity with community resources for families, children, and youth strongly preferred.
Knowledge of child/adolescent development, trauma, mental health, substance use, and domestic violence preferred.
Experience working with multi-stressed families and culturally diverse populations strongly valued.
Must obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certification within 3 months of hire.

Provide office assistance as needed including, but not limited to, filing, answering phones, typing, creating spreadsheets and record keeping.
Attend staff meetings and training as directed by supervisor and maintain written meeting minutes.
Assist with facilitating the process of gathering monthly and annual program information reports and assure accuracy of the content of such reporting.
Be responsible in assisting with facilitating projects such as, but not limited to, Family Engagement Activities.
Ability to coordinate effectively with other team members, other Agency resources and outside services in addressing client needs.
Adhere to the Agency's policies and procedures at all times, including the Head Start Performance Standards and the Department of Children and Family Services' childcare standards.

Overview
Under general supervision, performs correctional counseling work of considerable difficulty. This is the first supervisory class in the Correctional Counselor sub-series. An employee in this class is responsible for supervising subordinates in counseling adult and juvenile offenders. Certain assignments with no supervision may be included in this class when the work assignment requires program oversight. This class differs from the Correctional Counselor 2* in that an incumbent of the latter is not responsible for supervisory or lead work. This class differs from the Chief Correctional Counselor in that an incumbent of the latter is responsible for program management and oversight of the entire counseling program at a facility.
Responsibilities
1. Manages Correctional Counselor staff in counseling adult and juvenile offenders.
2. Calculates sentencing information to determine accuracy of an offender s sentence computation.
3. Verifies that offender sentencing complies with judgment order.
4. Completes classification/reclassification and/or risk-needs assessments for offenders.
5. Prepares reports on offender history, progress, adjustment, rule violations, visitation, recommendations for special visits, and other related statistics.
6. Evaluates all offender records, case notes, and information to ensure compliance with all applicable standards, laws, policies, rules, and regulations while under the guidance of a higher ranking Correctional Counselor.
7. Conducts and/or monitors Prison Rape Elimination Act screenings to determine potential victim or aggressor status.
8. Monitors environment to identify security related concerns in order to assure continued safety of facility.
9. Identifies appropriate intervention techniques to deal with offender behavioral issues.
10. Assists offenders in addressing concerns regarding job pay, trust fund, sentence information, and educational needs and programs and with communicating with outside agencies to expedite release plans or respond to emergencies.

12. Develops and collaborates reentry plans with re-entry Counselor for offenders within established time frames and in accordance with departmental procedures.
