Duties and Responsibilities During non-operating hours of the clinic, participates in on-call rotation to include evenings, holidays, and weekends in accordance with program expectations. Telephonic and/or Mobile Crisis Intervention responses are required during these time periods. Obtains and/or reviews initial intake/referral/payer information and documents in Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Conducts follow-up calls to consumers of Crisis Intervention services as requested by Clinical Supervisor and in accordance with practice standards. Supports, educates, and assists with training/mentoring other on-call staff responsible for working in the crisis program. Maintains proper documentation of all consumer related contacts and ensures documentation is concise, timely, and congruent with practice standards for crisis service delivery. Hours of Work Schedule and hours are varied as part of an on-call rotation.
