    Under general supervision, provides comprehensive psycho-social services to Health Plan members and their families presenting to the Chemical Dependency Recovery Program (CDRP/CDS). Utilizes established therapeutic techniques in interviewing, assessing and treating psycho-social problems as they relate to chemical dependencies and addictions. Essential Responsibilities: Interviews patients and related sources to identify extent and effects of chemical dependency, in order to arrive at a treatment plan. With approval from the supervisor, utilizing close supervision and commensurate with skills and training, provides individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and HIV risk assessment and counseling as related to chemical dependency. Participates in team discussions related to appropriate treatment plans for patients and their families. Confers with staff physician and clinical supervisor regarding patients progress and treatment. Prepares psycho-social assessments, case summaries and maintains ongoing confidential records. Utilizes resources of public and private agencies and community organizations to meet the needs of patients. Confers with representatives of other departments and private agencies to resolve problems and to develop and maintain public understanding and sound working relationships. Participates in training programs and workshops for continued professional growth in general counseling skills, as well as specialized treatment in addiction medicine. Maintains ethical and professional standards of conduct. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have the authority to hire, fire or discipline. Job Summary: We are looking for a Commercial Counsel who will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and closing commercial agreements to help drive our business forward in innovative ways to change the PBM market while managing risk. This role will also encompass contract management, legal research, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company policies. You will be a key partner to our Sales team, Revenue team, and Deal Desk function, ensuring all deals are executed with speed, ease, and accuracy. Effectively prioritize and manage additional ad-hoc requests and responsibilities across a spectrum of complex business, legal, and strategic issues.
