    The Catering Service Worker Lead is responsible for supervision and support in planning catering events of varying sizes and levels in both central and satellite locations. Ensures that all catering brand standards and initiatives are consistently achieved. Directly supervises catering operations including such duties as coordination of staff and rental equipment, set-up, preparation, service, and break down of catered foods, beverages, and events of varying size and complexity. Booking of events, selecting and costing menu items, and pricing as needed. Assists with hiring, discipline, and performance reviews. Coordinates activities with other internal departments. Participates in management team meetings. Interfaces with vendors and key service users within client organization. Facilitate external customer relations; represents Aramark and the client at any and all meetings and events. Ensures that appropriate sanitation, organization, and safety standards are met through the use of checklists, hands-on supervision, and follow-up. Participates in all catering training programs; helps to develop and implement training programs for hourly, part-time, and student employees. Aid in implementation and adherence to all Aramark OpX Catering initiatives and guidelines. Once consistently carrying 4-5 cases , and have reached level 1 certification and/or on track to be certified and at least 1 family has completed all 4 phases of treatment, salary will increase to $44,000. The Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Clinical Caseworker provides structured, goal oriented and time limited Family Centered Treatment (FCT) in the natural environment to families who need assistance recovering for a variety of issues including but not limited to mental health needs, substance abuse, physical, sexual, and emotional abuse and neglect. Our community-based Clinicians focus on the families' strengths and empower them to make changes that have a lasting impact. Clinical Caseworkers will receive training and certification in the Family Centered Treatment model. This is an innovative evidenced-based approach which achieves effective outcomes. What you'll do FCT DUTIES: 1. Complete and maintain all relevant FCT training and make consistent progress toward achieving the FCT Provider Certification from the Family Centered Treatment Foundation, including video recorded demonstration of competencies in accordance with the established training contract. Clinical Caseworkers will complete all activities necessary to maintain certification from FCTF including recertification every two years. 2. Provide FCT to families and guide them through the four phases of treatment in a timely manner, including (but not limited to) helping the family develop short and long-term family goals with measurable outcomes. 3. Complete and maintain all program fidelity documents in a timely manner. 4. Provide at a minimum two, multi-hour face-to-face sessions per week with each family system with the exception of titration at discharge. After discharge, clinical caseworker will link families to needed resources and will follow up with families as needed, and as designated by FCT clinical coordinator 5. Work on a schedule that is flexible and able to meet the needs of each family they serve. This will require meeting in the evenings and on the weekend when necessary to meet client needs. 6. Work as a member of a provider team that meets weekly. Participation in team meetings is mandatory and requires clinical caseworker to serve as facilitator and recorder on a rotating basis 7. Participates in weekly case staffings, child/family team meetings, and other meetings as needed with multi-disciplinary teams 8. Provide thorough documentation including FCT fidelity documentation and progress notes, monthly reports and assessments. The FCT Clinical Caseworker position is expected to provide 40 hours or more per week including evenings and weekends as needed. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in a human services field.
