Major Duties and Expectations:
• Work collaboratively with the Shelter Manager and outside agencies.
• Participate in the minimum number of required training hours offered by the Michigan Coalition to End Domestic and Sexual Violence, Michigan Victim Advocacy Network, and other professional training venues to ensure professional readiness.
• Provide support and/or crisis intervention to Safehouse survivors when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with the Shelter Manager to coordinate the acquisition and distribution of basic supplies and donations for survivors and conduct inventory of supplies.
• Purchase supplies, groceries and maintain inventory of supplies and groceries for Safehouse.
• Provide trauma-informed direct services to survivors and families of domestic and sexual violence including support, advocacy, crisis intervention, safety planning, parenting support, information, and referrals.

• Act as a liaison for McKinney Vento Program.
• Act as a liaison for community partners who provide advocacy, support, and resources to families of domestic and sexual violence.

• Maintain a safe, clean, non-threatening, open, inclusive environment for survivorsand employees.
• Assist with the training of new staff, volunteers, and interns.

Requirements
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
• Associate's degree in human services, Social Work, or equivalent education and/or work experience.
• Understanding of intimate partner domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, stalking, trauma focused interventions, and trauma informed practices (preferred).
• Minimum two years' experience in the social service sector, as an employee or volunteer.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage crisis situations.

Summary of Duties of the Life Enrichment Specialist
The Life Enrichment Specialist is a full-time travel position responsible for providing on-site leadership support to Grace Management, Inc. communities by filling open Life Enrichment and Village Program leadership roles on assignment. This position ensures consistency in programming, hospitality excellence, and resident engagement during times of transition, vacancy, or performance improvement. The Specialist will work in collaboration with the Resident Experience team to uphold company standards, mentor Life Enrichment Directors and Village Program Life Enrichment Managers, and provide training and stabilization support across the portfolio.
Essential Functions of the Life Enrichment Specialist
Serve as an interim Life Enrichment Director or Village Program Life Enrichment Manager during community vacancies, transitions, or leadership changes, ensuring a seamless continuation of engagement programs.
Travel to communities nationwide, providing hands-on leadership, training, and mentorship to Life Enrichment teams.

Support the onboarding and coaching of Life Enrichment leaders (LEDs, LECs, and VPLEMs) across all levels of care as requested and assigned.
Assist with the implementation of quarterly engagement campaigns, holiday programming, and corporate initiatives.
Monitor resident engagement KPIs and provide follow-up coaching and support as needed.
Assist with the development and refinement of tools, documentation templates, and best practices for resident engagement, hospitality, and life enrichment.
Ensure programming culture is maintained and enhanced during times of change.
Partner with community and divisional leadership to align expectations during onboarding.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Under the direction of the Supervisor, and as part of a team, provides case management and/or supports coordination in the home, office, and community for children/adolescents with serious emotional disturbances (SED), developmental disabilities, and/or co-occurring disorders; develops the person/family centered plan with the child, family and natural supports; assesses, links, monitors, coordinates services; assists families in working with the school systems, the court, child welfare and other community resources; works with the family, other professionals and natural support networks to provide support and structure for the child in the home and community; performs related work as required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work.
One (1) years experience in the evaluation and treatment of children or adolescents.

Preference:
Candidate with a Michigan Bachelor Level Social Worker (LBSW) credential.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must retain DCH qualifications as a Child Mental Health Professional.
Must have a valid Michigan driver's license, current automobile insurance, and the use of a vehicle during work hours. Ability to physically perform the tasks.

The goal of the program is to provide information and resources to families whose adoptions/guardianships have been finalized. PARC provides time limited, adoption sensitive case management and crisis intervention services, accessible telephone support for adoptive/guardian families looking for supportive services, information and referrals to appropriate community services, support groups for adoptive/guardian families and children, and educational seminars and conferences for adoptive/guardianship families. Job Summary: The PARC Family Worker coordinates the strength-based, solution-focused assessment of adoptive families. The Family Worker also serves as a liaison for the family regarding identifying and accessing community resources and other service providers. Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Provides referred families with a description of the range of available services available through the Post Adoption Resource Center.
Develop a family-centered plan and a termination report
Provide emergency interventions for families in crisis or at risk of disruption.
Refer adoptive families to community resources.
Maintain regular contact with referred families in-person contact.
Develop closure plans to address any additional unmet needs of the family.
Provide one to one assistance for families requesting or in need of applying for or negotiating educational services.
Initiate information and referral services to all families
Provide families with literature and materials in response to their request.
Participates in required trainings.
Attend all scheduled team meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Prior experience working with adoptive parents and the adoption process preferred.
Experience providing in-home services and/or working directly with children and their families in various settings, including child welfare, schools, juvenile justice, and mental health preferred.
Understanding of basic needs, social, cultural and religious differences in families' required.
Provide services in Genesee, Huron, Lapeer, Sanilac, St. Clair, Tuscola county
Ability to provide culturally competent services that shows sensitivity to the service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics
Education, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
A bachelor's degree in the field of human services.
Valid Michigan Driver's License, appropriate insurance and use of own vehicle.
Working Conditions:
Remote position, working from home office with required supervision and meetings in Flint office and visits to family's homes.
Works in an office environment and in the community.
Possible stressful environment working with families and court system.
Non-traditional hours occur often due to the need for evening and weekend visitation, events, and trainings, etc.
