Collaborate with the hospital care team and OneLegacy staff through frequent huddles to ensure the Authorizing Party and family are supported in the most appropriate manner. 2. Support the donor family throughout the donation process including any internal or external resources. 3. Support the facilitation of hotel, food, and transportation accommodations when applicable. 4.
