Description:
The Access Management Specialist role is responsible for processing security and access permissions for various individuals requiring building access. They also serve as a customer service representative, assisting with access control requests and troubleshooting badge-related issues. Other responsibilities include managing inventory, generating reports, and assisting with alarm remediation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day global badge operations management
Hands-on operational involvement including processing Jira tickets, supporting new employee onboarding, and driving continuous program improvements
Implement secure access zones and aide in the development of physical access infrastructure that supports identity management and RBAC/ABAC policies
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Security, Badging, Access Control fields.
Proven experience with security access control systems (e.g., CCure, Kastle, Brivo, and property management access platforms)
Strong background in access management within security operations
Experience with Genetec is highly preferred
Work Schedule:
Primary schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
Flexibility to provide support on weekends as business needs arise

Program Summary:
FIT serves infants, children and youth (ages 0-21) with a team approach to treatment planning allowing clinicians the flexibility to assess the level and type of services needed. As treatment needs vary over time, services are tailored to fit without interruption. Equally flexible is the location of service: home, school, River Oak clinical sites or community setting to best accommodate the family/care provider. A wide array of treatment interventions, to include multiple evidence-based programs, are used to include individual, family and group therapy.
Job Responsibilities:
Advocate for clients, parents, and family; attend meetings both within and outside the Agency with the parents and/or family to provide support and inform the parents of their rights and options; explain the applicable systems obligations and empower the families to present their desires and needs
Perform home and office visits to build relationships and trust with the family, empower the family to meet goals and objectives, explain assigned program activities, and review current outcomes and efforts; identify family strengths and support the family in identifying focus areas
Assist in the identification of clients and families natural resources, strengths, and needs; assist family and team in locating and utilizing community, Agency, and other resources; make phone calls, network, and research; assist families in determining logistics, scheduling appointments, arranging transportation, and providing other necessary support

The following experience and/or education is required to qualify for this position.

Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree that (a) included at least 24 semester hours in any combination of subjects directly related to the work of the position; (b) included a major in social behavior, human behavior, or health care or; (c) was supplemented by experience in activities that afforded the opportunity to acquire and demonstrate the skills required by the position. Equivalent combinations of education and experience are qualifying for all grade levels and positions for which both education and experience are acceptable.

Family support counselors will work within the child welfare system and specific programs (Parent Counseling, Early intervention preventions services (EIP), Parent Education, and Supporting our families through transition services (SOFTT). These programs will require staff to do the following:
Essential Functions:
Assist in prevention strategies for reoccurrence of maltreatment.
Assist with skills and case management for families in the reunification process to family maintenance
Case management- including housing management, participation in CFTs, differential response in family's home or other community locations
Providing parent education and support groups
Provides individual and family support services in accordance with the individualized plans. Services may include: providing referrals, advocacy and support to individuals and families (clients), linkage and case management services, support groups, educational services and support, transportation, home management assistance, recreational activities, and behavioral interventions and management, etc.
Able to effectively engage and develop relationships with appropriate boundaries with assigned clients.
Effectively manages a flexible community based schedule.
Completes all required documentation according to Agency and program standards within required time constraints. These may include: client contact forms, CANS, service activity summaries, data tracking, daily progress notes for all mental health services provided, mileage documentation, and other administrative duties, etc.
Is an active member of assigned treatment teams. Assumes assigned responsibility within the team in accordance to program needs which may include operating effectively within a Teaming Model and act as a liaison with other community agencies and resources.
Meets Agency service percentage standard reflecting expected time spent with clients, if applicable.
Completes other assigned program operational tasks in accordance with supervisory directives.
Minimum Required Education and Experience:
Must possess a high school diploma/GED. No previous experience required.
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
Position/Program Requirements:
Must possess a reliable mode of transportation to travel to assigned client homes, schools, offices, etc. If personal vehicle is the mode of transportation, must meet Agency's driving requirements.
Must be physically and mentally fit in accordance with the Agency's Personnel Policy: Physical Fitness Standards and Examinations. Must be willing to complete a Tuberculosis (TB) and drug screening test.
Must be willing to complete a personal background investigation conducted by the State of California.

The Family Support Coordinator has a broad knowledge of the programs and services offered by Community Resources for Children and the field of early childhood education. This position is responsible for helping families, child care providers, and community members navigate our organization and for providing clients with accurate information about our programs, community resources and other required information. The Coordinator ensures that all families can access the programs that best meet their needs.
The Family Support Coordinator provides operational assistance to active and prospective CRC families. The Family Support Coordinator manages the Childcare Eligibility List (CEL) and supports families through the enrollment process and provides referrals based on individual needs. The Family Support Coordinator also provides operational support to the Family Support Program, the Executive Office and CRC at large.
The position plays a critical role in engaging families and child care providers in the Alternative Payment Program in Early Learning Programs and Provider Support Services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Understand and support the mission and goals of Community Resources for Children (CRC)
Provides high level of customer service consistent with the values of CRC
Process all incoming and outgoing paperwork for Family Support Program, forward to appropriate parties
Develop and implement outreach strategies for engaging Family Support Program clients in Early Learning Programs, Provider Support Services, and all CRC community events
In partnership with Outreach Coordinator, execute CRC community events and engage Family Support Program families
Lead various assistance programs, including holiday distribution
Assist clients with intake process for CRC's subsidized child care programs, by conducting initial screenings, completing Centralized Eligibility List (CEL) applications and child care referrals with families
Maintain Centralized Eligibility List (CEL) applications and family enrollment statuses in database. Communicate with families to verify information and update CEL applications. Refer families to statewide APPs if they are not Napa County residents.
Support Family Support Program with operational tasks, such as monthly and annual AP mailing, filing family and provider paperwork, processing and uploading all incoming attendance logs, restocking forms, and preparing paperwork for mail and will-call
Co-develop and execute efficient process for tracking and processing incoming attendance logs
Stay informed regarding CRC's programs and services, providing general information and applying knowledge of eligibility criteria and target audience to refer clients as appropriate
Complete intake assessments and refer clients to community partners/resources as needed
Complete Intake Assessments with families to refer them to appropriate Community Based Organizations and community resources
Maintain a secure and organized workspace in accordance with CRC policies and best practices to
ensure client confidentiality.
Demonstrate flexibility in work schedule to ensure client/program needs are met
Attend and participate in all required meetings, conferences and training relating to service
delivery and professional development
Conduct outreach and participate in events to promote programs and agency as needed

Minimum of two years' work experience in community-based organizations, supporting families.

Live scan fingerprinting and Department of Justice background clearance, to be completed upon hiring
Reliable transportation, valid California driver's license and insurance

Duties & Responsibilities
Conducts 100% of scheduled sessions, unless time-off has been granted or the parents of the client have communicated to the clinical team that they would not like for the hours to be provided.
Primarily responsible for conducting subbing sessions for other clients to sustain the productivity margin if a session is cancelled by the family. Subbing sessions will fall on Saturdays and within the employee's availability.
Additional hours or sessions may be assigned by the Regional leadership within employee's availability.
Implements individualized treatment goals and Behavioral Intervention Plans in response to the direction provided by the Clinical Director and Senior Clinical Leader/Clinical Leader and/or other clinical staff in order to improve the behavior and skill acquisition of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Travels to Center, Home, and other community settings to deliver services.
Subbing sessions will primarily take place in the regional centers
Renders completed sessions daily and writes thorough notes
Communicates schedule changes and cancellations to clinical team immediately.
Participates in regular meetings and promptly communicates with Clinical Leaders/Clinical Directors via email and phone, regarding Treatment Plans and Behavioral Intervention Plans, family concerns and questions.
Fulfills the timely completion of necessary clinical documentation and communication of:
Daily Treatment Session Notes
Daily Treatment Target Data
Daily (If applicable) Behavior Data.
Keeps updated with other site-related documents and current clinical reports for each child served.
Remains current regarding new research, current trends and developments in special education and related fields.
