I want to emphasize that this feedback isn't solely the perspective of a dissatisfied employee. I'm sharing this to help potential future employees avoid experiencing the same level of unhappiness. It began on a positive note but took a downturn when management changed. I LOVED the guy I was working with before, and then a new girl came in and took over, which was the beginning of the s*it show. She so poorly managed it. Assignments involved handling low-quality tasks inundated with spam content and composing content with no real value-- all within extremely tight deadlines. It's evident they prioritize speed over the quality of work, making research and writing standards impossible and irrelevant. Weekly working hours are restricted, which is incredibly stressful. You only get paid for the number of hours you log within a 7-day period, with no exceptions. The thing is, you DON'T want to work all of your ours, even if you desperately need the income. The repetitive, mind-numbing, unsustainable tasks make it challenging to sit down and do this for any period of time. And the compensation is so inadequate that it cannot sustain a full-time role. Due to the immense time demands of this job, it's nearly impractical to maintain a work-life balance or search for alternative employment. Many of the accounts you write about are porn stars, or highly inappropriate. The manager I was working with did not seem to care about any of my concerns. She sent the same form response: "Thanks for letting me know." The pay was often delayed, making it difficult to pay bills and rent if you rely on this as a part of your income. I was completely miserable, and one TikTok account away from losing my mind. This workplace can severely impact your personal life and mental well-being. I would absolutely advise folks not to work here. It isn't healthy, and it isn't good for your mind, body, or soul. I'd stay away at all costs.
