The only benefit is that the company is tiny, so there's no shortage of things to do/decisions to make.

Pretty much everything. There's no strategy from the top down, and the lack of leadership experience across the board shows. The company is essentially being run by the Chairman of the Board (as the CEO has no backbone/leadership ability) and everything they tell the street is smoke and mirrors. Pay was not great for the level, benefits are severely lacking due to other employers.

Nothing noteworthy on the perk/benefit side

Management will work with you when times get tough.

Sometimes it gets boring, Business slow down, I like to stay busy.
