Primary responsibilities will include:

+ Creating and providing control plans, build plans, quality control documents, safety requirements, protective personal equipment and packaging/shipment plan per quality process.

+ Providing feedback to Manufacturing Manager/Supervisors regarding technician productivity, capabilities, and anticipated problems.

+ Managing issues and problem solving using quality processes and procedures.

+ Providing weekly/daily project updates to project team and management.

+ Proposing and justifying tooling and equipment to improve quality and cost down manufacturing processes.

Ideal candidate will have the following experience/skills and education:

+ Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, preferably in Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.

+ Minimum three years of industrial design and/or project management experience with robotics or industrial automation.

+ Experience with ISO Quality Systems.

Primary responsibilities will include:

* Represent FAC for all commitments and approvals associated with execution of each assigned project.
* Accountable for all decisions and performance associated with each assigned project.
* Single point of contact for internal and external customers for each assigned project.
* Develop schedule for engineering, procurement, build, delivery and installation of each assigned project.
* Establish list of deliverables and all required engineering activities for each assigned project.
* Identify key milestones (internally and with customer) to insure on-time delivery, and monitor progress continuously.

* Review and approve the "As Sold" budget based upon the proposal grid and the customer's purchase orders.
* Maintain the project budget and insure that costs are re-forecasted monthly to establish a monthly updated project file margin.
* Strive for continuous cost down of all project related expenses.
* Establish and maintain the revenue schedule for the project monthly.
* Establish and maintain the invoicing schedule for the project continuously throughout the project.
* Support finance if needed by following up with the customer to insure all invoices are paid per the terms and conditions of the contract.
* Document all Customer Change Requests and payment for authorized changes.
* Identify process improvements that lead to lower cost of goods (material or labor), lower operating expenses, shorter lead times, higher quality, and more satisfied customers.
* Review proposals for assigned customers to assure accurate estimate of COGS and to identify potential additional requirements.

Ideal candidate will have the following experience/skills and education:

* Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Master degree preferred; or equivalent relevant experience.
