FANUC America Corporation (FAC) is currently searching for a highly-driven team player to join a fast-paced, dynamic environment as aTechnical Specialist - Graphic Artistand be responsible for the design and creation of content for marketing sales materials including advertising, corporate presentations, internal communications, website, social media campaigns, events, ebooks, product brochures, marketing automation campaigns, email campaigns, tradeshows and other marketing materials. Primary responsibilities will include:
+ Create and edit photos and graphical elements for marketing communication, social media, website, brochures, datasheets, building and tradeshow graphics.
+ Utilize Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Dreamweaver to design and conceptualize content for marketing endeavors including advertising, corporate presentations, website, social media campaigns, events, ebooks, product brochures, tradeshows and other marketing materials.
+ Work closely with marketing communications and strategy lead to create designs that reflect communication goals for advertisements, ebooks and other marketing materials for both print and digital.
+ Translate technical details such as product information, attributes, and key features from engineering into graphical communication that is creative and succinct in design and applicable for multi-media sources.
+ Design monthly external corporate newsletter in conjunction with marketing team.
+ Design internal corporate communication initiatives in collaboration with Human Resources.
+ Coordinate product photo shoots including identifying shot list for primary and secondary needs so assets can be utilized in a multitude of marketing endeavors including public relations, advertising, presentations, social media, digitation advertising, building graphics, etc.
+ Manage and organize CANTO data asset management system.
+ Support digital strategy by creating social campaign graphics utilizing strong knowledge of current/emerging trends in digital media/social media.
+ Report weekly status update of current products to maintain production schedule.
+ Balance data driven decisions with creative thinking to grow FAC's brand.
Ideal candidate will have the following experience/skills and education:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
+ Minimum three years related experience, specifically graphic design experience with a strong design portfolio.
+ Knowledge of Print Production.
+ Proven experience with initiating and developing corporate professional presentations for sales force, executives, and engineers to use with customers.
+ Expert user experience with:
+ Adobe AfterEffects and Adobe Premiere as well as other recommended video creation and editing tools.
+ Microsoft PowerPoint and Constant Contact; skills with Act-On marketing automation a plus.
+ Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Dreamweaver.
+ Experience with web utilities and products, graphic programs, and desktop applications, and strong understanding of content management systems.
+ Strong knowledge and understanding of current/emerging trends in digital media/social media.
+ Strong production skills with good eye for layout and typography.
+ Exceptional creative-thinking skills and the ability to adapt to new technology or communications avenues.
+ Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills with the ability to set and manage priorities, handle multiple assignments, and meet/exceed deadlines.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to work autonomously with sound judgment; strong interpersonal and networking skills.
+ Manufacturing / Automotive Industry experience helpful.
+ Photography skills are a plus.
